Superbe
Pros:

Le cadre est superbe et apaisant dans une ville comme NY, la localisation est parfaite (à 2 pas du métro 1) et le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins.

Cons:

Nous avons tout aimé ! En revanche, un vrai petit déjeuné salé aurait été plus appréciable. Mais le service chez Milles feuilles était très bien également

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel , everything was clean, comfortable, and the service was great.

Cons:

The only issue was the room doors: they slam very loudly and strongly, which kept waking me up during the night. It would really improve the guest experience if something could be done to soften the door closing. It’s a shame because the hotel is otherwise excellent, but the noise from the doors is a serious issue that could affect whether guests choose to return.

I would gladly stay again at the Hotel Belleclaire.
Pros:

Helpful, friendly staff. Great location. Like having Mille Feuille and the bar on the premises and appreciated the coupons that could be used at each. The room was comfortable enough.

Pros:

The hotel entrance and bar area beautiful. The staff very helpful and professional particularly Maria and Rubin and the hotel manager Luidin. The free walking tour, around the area was amazing and very informative, with Sonja. The tokens for breakfast a nice extra touch. And the complementary wine, which was good wine was another wonderful surprise. Totally loved our stay.

Un bel hôtel, très bien situé
Pros:

Bel hôtel à taille humaine, très bien situé, entre Central Park et l'Hudson, tout près du métro, dans un quartier agréable. Chambres confortables et spacieuses, où on se sent bien. Personnel aimable et accueillant.
Une adresse à retenir.

Cons:

L'organisation du petit déjeuner, plutôt surprenante et qui ne correspond pas à un hôtel de cette catégorie.
Pour le petit déjeuner, on reçoit des coupons de 10 dollars au moment du check in, qu'on remet à la boulangerie française de qualité, située à l'intérieur de l'immeuble, mais qui se révèlent insuffisants si on souhaite à la fois une viennoiserie et une boisson et auxquels il faut forcément rajouter une participation.
Et surtout pas de salle pour le petit déjeuner : soit on mange dans la boulangerie sous l'oeil des clients qui passent, soit on s'installe au fond du hall de la réception, à condition de trouver une place, dans un courant d'air glacé quand il fait moins 15 dehors avec le va-et-vient des clients qui entrent et sortent sans arrêt, ce qui n'est pas franchement agréable.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Amazing property! Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, especially the bell staff who gave great recommendations and advice on touristy things!

The rooms were really clean and comfy with great facilities.

The bakery within the hotel was also amazing!

I love this hotel and the location.
Pros:

I love the atmosphere of Hotel Belleclaire. It is a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms.

Cons:

I was happy with everything. Our original room was an adjoining room and the guest in the other room were loud. Once I went to the front desk they quickly changed our room and everything was great.

Perfect place to relax after a busy day in the city!
Pros:

We loved the location and our room at Hotel Belleclaire! The entire staff was helpful and kind and we were beyond happy with our choice of accommodation - bed was super comfortable and the Broadway view room was spacious and beautiful!

We loved everything!
