Pros:

Dominic was great he helped us change rooms. He was very hospitable. The hotel is in dire need of drawers a carpet for the floor and better cleaning.

Cons:

Not cleaned or vacuumed. No draws for clothes. Nothing.

The location is ideal for getting around NY and for exploring the Upper West Side and Central Park.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed, good lighting for reading and good shower. All very clean.

Cons:

The room could do with more drawers. Only one of us had space to unpack our suitcase in the deluxe king room. In the deluxe queen room there were no drawers at all or place to lift the suitcase off the floor. No doubt this was because the rooms were fairly small - but perhaps a chest of drawers rather than a desk would be more useful.

Pros:

Excellent location; great breakfast; spacious room.

Cons:

Do not have tea/coffee facilities in the room. Would be great of there was a pool table or table tennis as a recreation activity.
