Excelente recomendado
Pros:

Todo!!! Estaba super limpio, tal cual en las fotos, usamos el aire,microondas y tostadora, todo en perfecto estado, estaba bien ubicado, es tranquilo.

Estadía cómoda y asequible
Pros:

El apartamento era cómodo, con buen espacio, moderno y bonito. Con aire acondicionado, ventiladores y muchas ventanas para iluminar la habitación con luz natural. No está lejos del centro, 14 min hasta la plaza grande. La comunicación fue fácil por whatsapp. Nos ayudaron brinándonos una parrilla eléctrica para la cocineta.

Cons:

La tv no estaba configurada y no la pudimos utilizar en toda la estadía. Intentamos que pasaran a configurarla, pero fue complicado coincidir con los horarios en que podían atendernos.

Väldigt fin och välutrustad lägenhet, låga bra till i lugnt område, mysig balkong med utsikt över stadslivet, perfekt med kök så vi kunde göra egen frukost, fräsch toa och dusch, prisvärt boende

Cons:

Vi var 3 personer hade ju gärna kunnat vara nån mer rulle toapapper (men vi köpte så ett mindre problem) vattenkokaren var trasig men fanns spis så gick att koka vatten på den så ett mindre problem. Väldigt få galgar att hänga kläder på hade gärna fått vara några fler men också ett mindre problem

Tiene una pequeña cocina, básica pero suficiente. Es amplio. El dueño nos resolvió rapidamente los problemas a traves de Whatsapp

Posizione comoda, centrale ma non nelle zone caotiche, si raggiunge facilmente a piedi tutto. Pulita, tranquilla, sicura e ben organizzata

Cons:

il boiler dell'acqua calda non funzionava bene e a tratti la doccia diventava fredda. Inoltre non ci sono i fornelli ed è un po' scomodo preparare i pasti lì

Muy buena opción en el centro de Mérida
Pros:

La ubicación muy bien, aunque te toca caminar algunas cuadras, son distancias razonables y estas en la zona centro sin tener que utilizar auto. Las habitaciones cumplieron muy bien con lo esperado.

Cons:

Si tienes que trabajar un poco en tu laptop te llega a faltar una mesa y una silla confortables. El piso del baño, sobre todo en la regadera, puede mejorarse mucho. Es un punto crítico por temas de higiene y riesgo por la humedad.

Anyone can appreciate how clean, charming and safe Xùva is and the staff is very communicative.
Pros:

The complex is beautiful and is completely immaculate and clean at all times. It is well guarded with a gate and cameras so it is completely safe. Also, all communication was almost immediate and was very thorough and friendly.

Molto bella e pulita, la proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare il pan de muerto, visto che siamo andati nel periodo del giorno dei morti. Ogni giorno ricevavamo delle info sulla giornata, sugli eventi della città da parte dello staff. Veramente molto accogliente
