Fabulous stay in a great location
Pros:

Subhash the manager went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Anything we needed he was happy to help with. His colleague Complice was also so friendly and kind, and the security guard who guards the property was also so kind, making sure we got into our ubers safely and smoothly. Thank you Subhash and team!
The location of SUM is lovely if you are looking for a more peaceful stay - it is a more residential area and it's just a short taxi drive to all the main sites. The area is also great for good restaurants so there is plenty on your doorstep. The communal areas in SUM are lovely and the breakfasts great. Baagh room was lovely - beautifully decorated and clean.

Cons:

Baithak room was a little small for two people and there is limited wardrobe space to unpack. However, it was clean and still perfectly comfortable.

Un hôtel plein de charme dans lequel on reviendra
Pros:

Beaucoup de charme dans cet hôtel, des objets chinés, des jolis tissus, les chambres sont grandes, c'est beau et on s'y sent bien. Il y aussi des salles communes agréables pour se reposer. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner délicieux et servi sur une large plage horaire. Si le jardin est un petit peu plus travaillé/aménagé, ce sera un sans faute !

Location was great. However, breakfast was too basic with few options. Could be made more extensive with fruits, condiments etc

Di notte potrebbero sentirsi dei rumori, tipo ronzii di macchinari intermittenti. Ma con dei tappi alle orecchie si risolve tutto :)

A charming getaway that one can go back to again and again.
Pros:

The location is good as it is in a residential area which is very quiet. The hotel is extremely charming and beautifully renovated. Some of the rooms may appear small but that is because it is an old construction. Within small rooms, there has been an attempt to utilise space ingeniously and give the rooms character. I must compliment the architect who has renovated this building beautifully.

Cons:

There was nothing that I disliked. Perhaps the breakfast options could have been better.

Lovely boutique experience with great style, breakfast and homely vibes.
Pros:

Beautiful little vintage Haveli. A labour of love for the team, who are delightful- thanks Subhash and team. Feels like home. Great breakfast. Fab style. Quiet area, but pretty central. Good communication as well.

Great place, I´d book a larger room next time!
Pros:

Subhash is the highlight of SUM, he is such a wonderful manager and was a great help! The cafe is also wonderful, reasonable priced, and delicious. Location is also in a great part of Jaipur and silent.

Cons:

The baagh room felt significantly smaller than in the photos. Bathroom also smells very musty, but it is an old building after all.
