also ich fand das hotel okey mein Kumpel war halt von den diversen schäden genervt.

die Lage war super. Der pool war top.

Cons:

das hotel hatte mehrere stromausfälle. diverse wasserschäden mehrere tage. 1 Lift ist komplett ausgefallen Von zwei Lifte also lange wartezeit musste oft in den 5Stock laufen.Durch den stromausfall gab es auch keine getränke zum kaufen deswegen mussten wir dies auswärts kaufen und an den pool nehmen und wurden dan von badmeister dumm angemacht. Im 5 stock war alles komplett nass decken ,boden und Wänden. Der boden war extrem rutschig dadurch, an der decke hat sich schon schimmel gebildet.

Leider nicht noch einmal.
Cons:

Zu der Zeit war es sehr heiß auf Mallorca und die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Zudem gab es schwarzen Schimmel im Badezimmer und die Toilette war im ganzen locker, sodass man sie verrücken konnte. Im allgemeinen war es auch nicht sauber.

Bella piscina con dj set, ottima colazione ma troppo caro

La colazione, la piscina, la possibilità di fare la doccia dopo il check-out, il dj set in piscina, lo staff cordialissimo

La blatta enorme in bagno, l'assenza di insonorizzazione (si sentiva starnutire il vicino distintamente), il prezzo alto, un solo ascensore per una struttura di sei piani

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut 5 Minuten zum Strand und 5 Minuten und man ist direkt in der Schinkenstrasse, trotzdem sehr ruhig im Hotel. Super tolles Frühstücksbuffet und sehr abwechslungsreich.

Ein schönes Hotel zentral aber doch einigermaßen ruhig gelegen mit einem sensationellen Frühstück.
Pros:

die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig aber stylish eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem, im Bad gibt es Pflegemittel und einen Föhn, es gibt eine Klimaanlage, TV und einen Safe im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist sensationell es bleibt kein Wunsch offen.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war nicht so easy zu regulieren, es ist etwas hellhörig, wenn die Türen geschmissen werden. Der Badehandtuchtausch wird mit 2,00 Euro berechnet.

Bom, mas dado o preco precisa de duas mudanças mencionadas
Pros:

Apesar de se notar que o hotel é antigo nota se tambem que sofreu uma drástica remodelação para tornar o mesmo mais moderno, o que acho que foi bem sucedida. A zona da piscina é espectacular, varias camas e a piscina esta sempre limpa e é muito grande, o que é um ponto favorável dado o numero de hospedes. O pequeno almoco é de uma qualidade muito boa para um hotel de 3*, tem muita variedade, tem imensas comidas feitas na hora a pedido e é muito completo. Destaco tambem a simpatia dos funcionários, especialmente da receção do turno da manha, pois tivemos alguns contratempos e arranjaram logo soluções e uma compensação dado o episódio. Destaco o funcionário Brandon do turno da noite na rececao pois foi impecavel a ajudar na mudanca de quarto, na questao das baratas e arranjar uma ventoinha para o novo quarto apesar de ser insuficiente

A limpeza nos quartos deixa um pouco a desejar, mas apos reclamarmos o nosso quarto esteve sempre limpo e arrumado, devido a senhora loira do housekeeping que nao sei o nome, do piso 6 que apos fazermos as nossas queixas, deixava sempre o nosso quarto limpo e arrumado. Na primeira noite encontramos baratas no quarto, mudamos de quarto, no quarto seguinte o ac nao funcionava e a falta de limpeza era notória, com a ajuda da booking e do pessoal da rececao da manha mudamos novamente de quarto. Acho importante uma desbaratizacao no hotel, pois ouvimos mais queixas e manutenção nos ac, pois dado o calor é impossível estar no quarto sem ele.
