Pros:

Buona posizione, a 400 m dalla zona del porto e dagli imbarchi per le Hundred Islands. Camere abbastanza spaziose, pulite e ben attrezzate. Buona colazione ma con scelta limitata. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Avevo prenotato un monolocale, che secondo la descrizione (errata) di Booking avrebbe dovuto avere 3 letti matrimoniali grandi più un matrimoniale alla francese, invece ci è stata data una camera con due soli letti matrimoniali alla francese ed ho dovuto prendere al momento una camera in più. Inoltre anche la camera matrimoniale, che su Booking è descritta con un letto matrimoniale grande, aveva in realtà solo un letto matrimoniale alla francese, un po' scomodo per due persone. Booking dovrebbe correggere le descrizioni delle camere.

Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly.

Cons:

the room wasn’t good. It felt damp and musty, No water was provided, which most hotels provide. The shower only had cold running water. Over all. I hated the experience.

A good hotel in a good location- ideal for island hopping.
Pros:

Hotel was very near the main area of Alaminos for island hopping and in a very central position for bars and restaurants just a few minutes away. 7/11 across the road was handy for any incidental purchases. Staff were very helpful and accomodating.

Cons:

I wasn't keen on the breakfasts- personal choice I suppose- but personally feel that the hotel could've offered a choice more appealing to Westerners.

Pros:

We had a great time stayed in Empress, the staffs were all nice. Only some improvements needs to share, please install/put hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. Also, high speed internet needed. Still, I highly recommended this hotel. Thanks!
