Hotel Kian by jmd group mahipalpur is a classic luxury stay — grand heritage building, lavish rooms, and top‑notch amenities that make a stay truly memorable. The location (right igi airport and seaside) offers stunning views, especially rooms. With 9+ restaurants and it feels like royalty. Staff are mostly polite and service standard is high — many guests praise their hospitality and attention to detail.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained.
The food at the restaurant was delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes with fresh ingredients and excellent presentation. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight with plenty of options for every taste. was very good at her service, she was personally asking what else is required in breakfast.Overall, it’s a perfect place for both business and leisure stays. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.

Pros:

I have been a regular guest at this hotel for over a year now. And this hotel has been my first choice in the budget hotels category near the airport. I love their amenities, the staff, and the food. Everything is great 👍🏼

Cons:

It's been a year since I have been staying at this property and I never had any issues until my last stay on July 5th. The property manager (Pradeep) spoke to me very badly when i told him he tore my ID. The manager was under the influence of alcohol and was very rude. He said do whatever I wanna do he doesn't care. He is definitely a downfall for the hotel and JMD Group.

Cons:

The hotel was closed, we booked it just because we know people that slept ther before so we knew it's a real hotel (this area knon by it's scams), but when we arrived it was just closed although they answer messages before. We needed to find a place at night at this neighborhood and it's not a nice thing to do at night.

Location is good. Good AC, big comfortable bed.

Cons:

First room wasn't good (smoking smell) and i got another one - good AC, big comfortable bed.
Many bugs and roaches in the bathroom spoiled all the impression of the room.
Stuff didn't want to provide me my free breakfast (thanks to Genius level 3) but then agreed. The breakfast was very simple, wasn't worth it arguing.
