Rathna Beach Wadduwa

Lokalizacja naprawdę doskonała, tuż przy plaży. Z leżaków przy basenie można obserwować zachód słońca. Śniadania urozmaicone, obfite i bardzo smaczne. Kolacje również. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane na życzenie codziennie. W holu, tuż przy recepcji jest biblioteczka z książkami w różnych językach, więc można znaleźć coś do czytania. Personel bardzo przyjazny. Co prawda czasy świetności ten hotel ma już za sobą, ale jest naprawdę ok, więc polecam z czystym sumieniem.

Man hat uns in diesem Hotel ein Zimmer gegeben, bei dem das Schloss der Balkontür defekt war. So hatten wir in der dritten Nacht einen Einbrecher im Zimmer. Der nach mehr als einer Stunde von mir bemerkt wurde, als er unter dem Bett meiner Frau hervorkroch. Leider gelang es mir nicht ihn fest zu halten. Er war zu schnell auf dem Balkon und sprang dann aufs Dach. Der Schaden für uns ca. 350,-€ in LKR. Das andere Geld, die Pässe und anderen Wertsachen waren sicher im Safe auf dem Zimmer. Die Hotelleitung war nicht interessiert eine Anzeige bei der Polizei zu erstatten. Das haben wir dann selbst gemacht und erfuhren dort, dass derartiges das vierte Mal in diesem Hotel in der letzten Zeit vorgekommen ist.
Es scheint hier auch keine Security zu geben.
Wir fühlten uns dort so unsicher, dass wir dieses Hotel verließen und ins Southern Beach eingecheckt haben.
Ich denke, dass Sie bei der Auswahl Ihrer Hotels auch die Sicherheitsfragen für Ihre Kunden besser überprüfen sollten.

5* Service with friendly staff and the most beautiful location
The location of the hotel was a piece of paradise! Situated on the white sandy beach, it is the perfect location to relax, swim and enjoy the views.

The rooms were beautiful, spacious and very clean, but the most memorable part of our stay was the amazing staff.

We were welcomed wormery made us feel comfortable immediately. Then, day after day, for breakfast and dinner, the restaurant staff were incredible. Always smiling, asking us about our days and helpful and polite. All the staff in the front office were fantastic, not forgetting the Bellboy, they really went above and beyond to make our stay great.

The food on offer each day was 10/10. A huge array of different types of food and all executed to the highest level. I would come back just for the food!

Thank you for the most amazing few days, it’s a place we won’t forget and will hope to return to in the future.

The buffets were delicious but the breakfast was the highlight. And the freshly baked Ros Paan, Maalu Paan and hoppers were so so delicious.

The staff found out that our 4-year-old has a soft spot for fries and watermelon juice and a bowl of fries and glass of watermelon juice was brought out for her at each meal!!! Talk about royal treatment for the little princess😀
