Pros:

5* Service with friendly staff and the most beautiful location
The location of the hotel was a piece of paradise! Situated on the white sandy beach, it is the perfect location to relax, swim and enjoy the views.

The rooms were beautiful, spacious and very clean, but the most memorable part of our stay was the amazing staff.

We were welcomed wormery made us feel comfortable immediately. Then, day after day, for breakfast and dinner, the restaurant staff were incredible. Always smiling, asking us about our days and helpful and polite. All the staff in the front office were fantastic, not forgetting the Bellboy, they really went above and beyond to make our stay great.

The food on offer each day was 10/10. A huge array of different types of food and all executed to the highest level. I would come back just for the food!

Thank you for the most amazing few days, it’s a place we won’t forget and will hope to return to in the future.

The pool was fun for all and not too crowded. The staff at the pool were always helpful and brought
Pros:

The buffets were delicious but the breakfast was the highlight. And the freshly baked Ros Paan, Maalu Paan and hoppers were so so delicious.

The staff found out that our 4-year-old has a soft spot for fries and watermelon juice and a bowl of fries and glass of watermelon juice was brought out for her at each meal!!! Talk about royal treatment for the little princess😀

Worst stay ever.
Cons:

Rooms were way below the standards.Hot water supply was very inconsistent and beds were dirty. Breakfast buffet and the restaurant was terrible. There were no other amenities other than the swimming pool. Hotel did not provide driver accommodation and did not assist even in finding accommodation for the driver. Had to spend lot of time to find separate place for the driver. Staff were very unprofessional. Worst stay ever. Not recommended at all.

Pros:

The room was very large and comfortable.

Cons:

Entire families were in the pool with many females with long loose hair which is unhygienic. Therefore we didn't use the pool. The beach in front of the hotel was filthy and very littered with plastic and other muck. It would have been appreciated if the hotel had a gardener sweep/rake the dirt.

Pros:

Breakfast buffet had varieties of food and all the meals were delicious. Room and the pool area was very clean. Surrounding is really good for kids. Staff were really friendly.

Cons:

Friendly suggestion is to decorate some areas to take some photos. 🙂

Staff is only caring for local visitors due to business, and not to foreigners.
Pros:

Breakfast was not as good as expected. Daily menu breakfast was served and no Indian breakfast for Foreigner.

Dinner food charges too much compared to Buffet dinner.

Cons:

The staff is not so supportive and not business friendly.
