A surprising gem
Pros:

The room was lovely, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. It was close to the centre of Chichester so restaurants and attractions like the Cathedral were easily accessible.

Cons:

The hotel rooms were above a music venue. There was a student night until 3am on the night we stayed but we had been told in advance and they gave us ear plugs. It disturbed us a bit but it was well run and the noise was not as bad as we thought it might be.

Great stay in perfect location but check events for a quiet stay
Pros:

Initially first impression of the vestry was not good but a genuine friendly welcome excellent. Room and on suite good and breakfast great. Location perfect

Cons:

The front of House is a dark pub. They warned that there was loud music but thankfully our stay was on a Sunday so very quiet

Excellent location but beware the late night noise
Pros:

The location 5 minutes from Cathedral and pedestrian town centre.

Cons:

The noise levels- until 3am on Thursday and c 1am Friday. The hotel is very clear when booking, the rooms are double glazed and ear plugs are supplied. However the pub downstairs is Chichesters party venue. Also next door is the pool bar- open until 3am every night, so this area is just full of young loud people.
