Pros:

Easy access to Shinjuku, good bathing facilities, good food choices, very friendly and helpful staff throughout all areas, excellent English language skills (very helpful as our Japanese is very poor), great bar facilities

Cons:

Bedding was quite uncomfortable with a lump in the padding, we had to flip this bedding round, sheets kept coming off the mattress too easily and kept getting tangled up. Had to switch rooms due to wet wall and very loud Aircon, however new room was much better in this respect, no iron only a trouser press which made it difficult as needed to iron a dress and some shirts

Pros:

We stayed in 6 hotels in Japan and this was the worst, but it's not the hotel's fault, the other 6 were simply better. The room was clean and well-maintained, a little too small. Breakfast is included, which is a plus. Lots of variety, but little "international breakfast" on offer.
Good location in Shinjuku, but too close to the most vibrant nightlife area. It's an ideal hotel for young couples or groups of friends who like to stay inside Tokyo's nightlife.
For those who don't prefer that, it's also good because it's close to Shinjuku during the day.

Cons:

The indoor onson is very small, so it can get overcrowded. We ended up not using it. Since it's mostly occupied by tourists, it doesn't add much to the local experience.

Pros:

אחלה אופציה לטוקיו, תמורה מעולה למחיר, מיקום מרכזי יש 7/11 בחוץ, יש בר חופשי כל ערב ואפשר לטעום מלא אלכוהול יפני- הערכנו. אונסן מקסים.

Cons:

1. שעות ניקיון מוגבלות- ביקשנו ב11 שינקו את החדר ולא הסכימו, כי אפשר לבקש רק ב10. לא נתקלתי בזה באף מקום עד כה.
2. האונסן היה בשעות נפרדות והשעות לנשים היו קצת מבאסות, פחות הסתדרו עם לו״ז הטיול שלנו, אולי לאחרים זה יהיה דווקא נוח. מצאתי את עצמי רצה לאונסן ב10:30 כדי להספיק לפני סגירה.

Struttura spartana, più adatta a un viaggio di lavoro che a una vacanza. Camere piccole, colazione affollata e poco varia. Non particolarmente vicina alla metro. Prezzo elevato per i servizi offerti
