Excellent stay at Hotel Alka Residency
Pros:

Excellent stay for the entire duration. Very helpful staff especially Fernando and his team.
Location is also very good.
I always prefer to stay here and recommend this place highly.

Most horrible stay ever.
Pros:

NOTHING

Cons:

It was a worst hotel I have ever been to. All the staff are horrible. Paid for a deluxe room and they gave us a dingy little room without any windows. Electrics kept on blowing. It is a below 1 star hotel. Reception staff always have an attitude, very rude and unprofessional.
