Staff tried their best to make our experience pleasant, but that didnt help.
The hotel uses air fresheners machine in the hallways, this machine spray a chemical solution in the air that made me extremely uncomfortable, my noise was bleeding and I had headache. They turned it off after 3 days and put it back on to conceal an inherent smell in the hotel itself.
The hotel has an industrial feel to it. The furniture is dull, the atmosphere is bland. the chemical smell is intoxicating.
The restaurants are basic, uninteresting.
Although the staff are very accommodating and tried their best, the hotel itself "the product" is a total turn off, we had prepaid and tried to cancel from the first moment but couldn't.
Location was a bit off track, but hotel nice and staff excellent.
