Pros:

Персонал хороший отзывчивый, завтраки тоже неплохие

Cons:

в номере было довольно таки пыльно , раковина была сломана чтоли не знаю снизу вода текла, а также в душевой исходил запах канализации;

Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and much better than what I expected. The staff was very helpful especially Javhar and Marjona. They were excellent and were always ready to support.

Cons:

Just a suggestion the hotel should add more cleaning staff.

IRIS Hotel is a cozy place to stay!
Pros:

I especially liked the staff of the hotel. They are all very polite, ready to help and guide in any questions. It was my first visit to Tashkent, so I did not know the city, with the help of administrators of IRIS Hotel I could find everything I wanted. Thanks!
