A Very Pleasant Stay.
Pros:

The staff was pleasant and welcoming with warmth and grace. The room was spacious and I was given an upgrade.

The evening ceremony in the lobbying was a surprise addition to showcase Indian culture.

Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The check-in process is a bit slow. Can be improved.
