best hotel in Sarajevo
Pros:

probably the best hotel in Sarajevo - it is new, modern and clean. Very friendly staff. Girls at the reception are smiling all the time and are very helpful. They upgraded our twin bed room to 2 bedroom apartment without asking for upcharge. Just because they wanted us to have more comfortable stay.
They prepared for us hot breakfast at 4 am in the morning, because we had a morning flight back home. It has never happened to me before that we got hot breakfast at 4 am, although I travel a lot.
We will stay at this hotel every time we are in Sarajevo.

Tertemiz, harika!
Pros:

Öncelikle personel çok sıcak kanlı, yardım sever, iyi niyetli ve güler yüzlü.
Odalar, banyolar, yatak, çarşaf, nevresim vs hepsi tertemiz ve genel olarak herşey yeni. Odalar çok ferah rahat.
En ufak bir talebiniz veya sıkıntınız olursa, çalışanlar sizinle çok hızlı bir şekilde ilgileniyor ve yardımcı oluyor.
Kahvaltı beklentimizin çok üzerinde hijyen ve çeşide sahipti. Çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı sonrası ikramları çok nazikti.
Genel olarak her hususta son derece memnun şekilde ayrıldık. Kendimizi ev gibi güvende ve dostlar içinde hissettik. Özellikle Nada Hanım'a tüm yardımlarından, güler yüzlü ve samimi iletişiminden dolayı minnettarız. Konumu kendilerine uyacak tüm misafirlere tereddütsüz tavsiye ederiz.

Cons:

Hoşumuza gitmeyen veya memnuniyetsiz ayrıldığımız tek bir husus bile olmadı. Harika konaklama.
