A small, lovely hotel that offers good value for money. The hotel and the staff did everything they were supposed to do, but because my personal expectations were a bit different, I might have chosen a different booking option had I known beforehand. I don't want to lower the hotel's rating because of this, so I am just sharing a few useful points for future guests to keep in mind:

Tips for Future Guests:

Breakfast: If you are staying for a short time and want to try local flavors, you might want to consider options without breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights and usually ended up just having an apple, a banana, and a coffee because we preferred going out to the bazaar to eat local 'börek' and other specialties. So, breakfast might not be a must.

Mountain View Room: We chose the mountain view room. While I don't know what the other rooms look like, ours faced an intersection with the mountain in the background. I had expected a more direct, uninterrupted view, but due to the hotel’s location, this wasn't possible. This is not a negative point, just good to know. It was a pleasure to sit and watch the mountain in the morning breezer.

Staff: The staff are lovely people. We didn't need much, but whenever we asked for help with something, they handled it quickly.

Location & Parking: It is about 10 minutes from the airport and 20-25 minutes by car to Baščaršija. Since we rented a car, we were very satisfied with the location, and parking was not an issue at all. Also, there is a gas station right behind the hotel, which was very convenient whenever we needed to grab water or quick snacks.

Cons:

One thing I didn't quite like was the bed, or rather, the sheets. Although they were generally clean, they made a rustling sound as if there was nylon inside them. If you are someone who tosses and turns a lot like me, this will definitely disturb both you and the person next to you.
Shower gel and shampoo were not provided separately; it was a 2-in-1 product in small bottles. If you are particular about your hair care, I highly recommend bringing your own products.

Pros:

Kahvaltıda çeşit az olmasına rağmen bizim için yeterliydi geniş geniş açık büfe bekleyenler çok bekler. Türk olduğumuz için her sabah bir demlik çay getiriyorlardı. Her gün odalar temizleniyor ve havlu çarşaf hepsi değişiyor. Odalarda akıllı TV mevcut o yüzden Netflix ve benzeri uygulamalar üzerinden bir şeyler izleme sansınız var.

Cons:

Sevmediğim bir şey olmadı. Bütün ihtiyaçlarımı karşıladı.

Decent location near the airport, Ilidza nearby where you can get food etc. Service station nearby to purchase snacks etc. modern hotel with exceptional staff, the chef sorting the breakfast was lovely and went out of her way to accommodate us.

Cons:

Large gass screen between the bedroom and bathroom (who wants to see someone using the toilet or showering?). Blinds are available but I was stressing about whether they were fully closed without gaps (I was travelling with me teenage daughter who's bred was on the other side of the screen)

Pros:

19-22 Mayıs 2026 tarihinde bu otelde konakladık. Kahvaltısı çok iyi ve yeterliydi. Otel çalışanları çok yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Odalar temizdi. Bir daha Saraybosna’ya gidersek tekrar burada konaklamayı düşünebiliriz. Havalimanına yakın olması bizim için dönüşte artı oldu.
