Perfect place for a stay in Kunming. The neighborhood is wonderful. The staff is really helpful and the rooftop was so cozy. The beds were really comfy as well. Thanks!
Polite staff, free use of washing machine
Other inconsiderate guests just stopped our wash before completion and dumped our clothes outside so that they could wadh thrir clothes without waiting.

Hotel is located near the old street which makes shopping convenient. Rooms are big enough and clean
Nothing we dont like about the property, but just a note that it will be a short walk from where cars can alight you to the hotel location, the flooring is stone tiles which makes dragging luggage difficult. the hotel staff is nice and will offer to help with luggage. as it is a short walk, it is not a major concern for us
Breakfast was fine. Like the fact they offered tea and night dessert. We did not have the chance to try the tea dessert but did try the night dessert once. Nothing fancy but liked the idea!
Room was clean and layout was good - better than we expected.
The staffs were excellent! Helped with our luggage especially when it was raining as we left the hotel.
Guess the only disadvantage is that vehicles cannot approach the hotel directly due to its location but the staffs helped with our luggage. That made up for it.

Extremely clean and new facilities. DIY washing machine and dryer. Housekeeping staff who paid attention to details and little touches like snacks at the lobby and even a footbath in the room!

It was so comfortable and convenient. The staff were wonderful - thoughtful, friendly and helpful. We had a king bed room - it had everything, down to humidifier, charger, and even a foot bath one day.
