Beautiful, really relaxing.
Room was very warm all night and couldn’t leave the window open due to generator type noise outside.

Room was large and spacious. Well equipped (coffee machine etc.)
Enjoyed using the sauna and steam room but it was very busy.
Our room was quite cold and we could not control the heating.
Our room was adjoining and there was a lot of noise from the neighbouring room (which seemed to be group of girls who were quite noisy).
Steak at dinner was quite chewy, I asked for a second glass of merlot with my steak but the bar staff could not find another bottle. I waited 15 minutes for another glass but was offered a glass of white wine instead.
I had messaged the property several times prior to arriving to ask whether access to the thermal suite was included in the cost - no one responded. I then had to call the property but by this stage there were no slots available in the thermal spa.
The hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere. The Spa was phenomenal.
