Esperienza da dimenticare!!!!

La posizione é ottima per muoversi nella città.

Cons:

Ci siamo fatti convincere dal fatto che fosse un cinque stelle, pensando che fosse un buon hotel. L'entrata, la sicurezza e le persone della reception facevano presagire bene. Già una volta scesi dall'ascensore entrate in camera abbiamo avuto i primi problemi. La camera non solo era sporchissima e non pulita nel letto e nel bagno, ma c'era un odore di muffa e di chiuso talmente forte che siamo stati obbligati a chiedere di cambiare la camera. Dopo il cambio camera la situazione non è molto migliorata, dato che il bagno della nuova camera puzzava. Il mio bilio seppur di qualità era vecchio, rovinato e non mantenuto bene nel tempo, di sicuro non un servizio da un 5 stelle. Abbiamo tentato di aprire la finestra, ma avevano tolto le maniglie in entrambe le stanze in cui siamo stati e non era possibile aprirle. Il personale dell'hotel non si è comportato come non cinque stelle, comparando anche ad altri hotel indiani in cui siamo stati anche di fascia più bassa, si sono rivelati poco capaci, svogliati e a volte se non utilizzavi i loro servizi poco professionali. Dolci s'infondo, il CIBO. Abbiamo provato entrambi ristoranti dell'hotel, il primo, il Zest offre un buffet a un prezzo fisso. Si può vedere e sentire che il cibo è mediocre e non di qualità. Per il prezzo che chiedono, venticinque euro in due, sicuramente non vale la pena. La sera successiva, abbiamo deciso di testare il ristorante alla carta, che si chiama Gardenia. Questa differenza dell'altro si presentava molto bene emoji dunque eravamo speranzosi di mangiare un buon pasto. Ci hanno accomodati ad un tavolo accanto all'entrata della cucina, vicino alla piscina e a metà della nostra cena abbiamo visto due topi, uscire dalla cucina. Con ramarico abbiamo deciso di lasciare il cibo ordinato e siamo dovuti andare via. Un'esperienza da dimenticare, in tutti i sensi. State lontani da questo hotel!

There was literature festival that was scheduled on our stay. that cuased lot incovnience in vehicle parking for guest in hotel. lobby was overcrowded and i cant go pass to lift. it could have managed without mich hassle to existing guests

Comfortable but needs improvement
Pros:

Big rooms, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, minibar was well-stocked.

Cons:

Only one key card given for each room which is very inconvenient. Their explanation that it's to do with their software is not convincing. Every hotel in the world gives 2 key cards.
Only one hand towel in the bathroom for 2 people.
Also no cups placed next to the coffee machine at the breakfast buffet. Both days we had to ask for cups and wait until they were washed.

It was ok. While I may go and stay once more but it will be more out of circumstance
Pros:

The breakfast spread was decent, but the coffee machine did not work. Did not eat lunch or dinner.
The room was fairly large and clean. SO was the bathroom

Cons:

The coffee machine did not work.
The bed tea ordered at 6 did not get delivered, even after 45 minutes
Food prices were on the higher side. As much as Bangalore
We wanted to have lunch in the afternoon, but the Zest restaurant only offered a buffet. They could have directed us t gardenia, which they didn't
