A good start to our India trip
Pros:

This was a totally functional hotel and a great way to start our India adventure. Clean and modern with a good room and a view from the 6th floor. The restaurant we used for breakfast was a good standard with plenty of choices and we snacked from à la carte in the bar in the evening.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was well positioned for local sightseeing tours, but not particularly great for access to incidental shops. Fortunately, we found a brilliant Tuk Tuk driver who ensured all our needs were met, including sourcing an outlet for supplying and installing an e-SIM. He even changed his plans so that he could drive us on the 3rd day of our stay.

Recommended.

Cons:

My wife is disabled and that only presented a problem as the pool was not disabled friendly and on 2-days of our 3-day stay there were no loungers available, which was disappointing and not all were occupied but belongings just left on them.

Good and comfortable to maximise our visit to Mysore .
Pros:

Very well located within Mysore old city. Very comfortable and great value for money.

Cons:

The buffet was disappointing at dinner. Could be better . Food not piping hot!

Pros:

Premium Hotel full of charme. A bit aged in places, but still very welcoming and with the right taste of luxury.
We enjoyed the pool, that is like an oasis in the middle of the city, the free Yoga classes in the morning and the breakfast buffet, which left no desires unfulfilled

Pros:

Great room, great breakfast, the swimming pool was a real plus.

Cons:

Our bed was a first as hard as rock. We talked to staff and they added extra over mattress but this was bumpy and very uncomfortable. However when we asked them on the second day to change the mattress, they did this and then we slept very comfortably

Food quality is bad - everything full of oil and May buffet items appears to be stale. Breakfast spread not good - at all .Cut Fruits are often stale.

Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht. Das Hotel war vielleicht vor 40 Jahren ein 5 Sterne Hotel.

Die Zimmer sind veraltet, marode und es riecht demenstprechend. Ohne eingeschalteter Lüftung erstickt man.... Wir sind mitten in der Nacht aufgewacht, da wir beide schlecht Luft bekamen.

Service ist auch verbesserungswürdig. Beim Frühstück wurden indische Touristen nach Wünschen beim Frühstück gefragt. Wir wurden nicht gefragt.

Great value stay in the heart of Mysore.
Pros:

The location is perfect, very close to Mysore Palace, in the heart of Mysore. The hotel looks good, big garden space, an outdoor pool and a poolside hotel, the amenities, expectant of a star hotel. Beds were comfy and the people were warm and friendly. Food was just awesome too! Will visit again;)

Cons:

The hotel organized some sale event during our stay and it got crowded and noisy fast, parking spots were disappearing and given that it was close to the street, we had trouble getting in. The place could use a deep clean since the hard water stains were visible on the mirror when you took a hot shower and we had a stained throwaway pillow. The hotel just needs general upkeep and change in elements, other than this, no complaints.

A fair mid-range choice in a good location.
Pros:

The hotel was basically fine. Breakfast was very good & breakfast staff were very helpful. Most of the staff were courteous. The room was large and comfortable. It was in a good position, near the railway station and close to attractions. The pool looked pleasant (though we didn’t use it).

Cons:

The bar area was not very welcoming. The TV showing cricket in the bar didn’t work well - it cut out at regular intervals. The piped music in the lounge was tedious and repetitive. In some ways the hotel lacked a genuine sense of quality and was a little old-fashioned, probably in need of a facelift. But it was a comfortable stay.
