Pros:

Das Appartment liegt im 5 Stock ohne Lift. Der Eingang ist nicht zu finden weil es im Hinterhof liegt und von Google Maps an der Vorderseite des Hauses ausgewiesen wird. Die Ablauf der Dusche war verstopft das Wass floss über die Terasse ab. Die WC Brille war nur auf einer Seite befestigt. Die Halteeung für die zweite Seite lag im WC Abfluss. Ekelig so etwas weil erst durch die Entfernung der Abfluss frei wurde für das WC zumindest.

A lovely experience and a perfect place for a peaceful stay.
Pros:

The place had a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and truly felt like home. The outdoor area was beautiful, and the neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the host was kind and easy to communicate with.

Cons:

I have no complaints, everything was at a very high standard.

Clean room in a good location!
Pros:

It was clean and good value for money, and worked well for a short stay. The host was helpful too. He gave us a wonderful recommendation for a restaurant serving traditional food and also guidance with getting a bus to Komani lake the next morning.

Cons:

There is a lot of stairs and no lift, so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

Dicke, saugfähige Handtücher, Balkon, freundlicher Herr, der das Gepäck in den 6. Stock trug und Infos aller Art gab

Cons:

Nachtschlaf ist nicht so ruhig, da der Muezzin der Moschee vor dem Fenster bei Sonnenaufgang mit Lautsprecher ruft.
Die bodengleiche (Regen-)Dusche setzt leider das gesamte Bad unter Wasser, es fliesst nicht schnell genug ab. Es gibt leider keinen Duschvorhang oder -wand.

Pros:

The apartment was excellent—spotlessly clean and fully equipped with every amenity that's needed. The location is superb for exploring, and the balcony offers a great view. A huge plus was the host; he was excellent and proactively offered to help us carry our luggage up to the room.

Cons:

The apartment is on the fifth floor of a large building with no lift. Walking up five floors can be quite tiring, so it’s something to be aware of if you aren't fond of stairs.

2 gece kaldım. Öncelikle dışarıdan eski gözüken bir apartmanın 5.katında. Ama daire içi bakımlı ve yeni. 5.katta olması ve asansör olmaması yorucu günün ardından o kadar merdiveni çıkmayı sıkıcı yapabiliyor ama ben idare ettim. Yaşlı ve bebekliler için büyük sorun. Bunun dışında herşeyden çok memnun kaldım. Odalar çok temizdi, görevlide ilgiliydi. Merkezin neredeyse içinde olması güzel. Odalarda diş fırçası sabun ve şampuan var. Ortak bir mutfak var. Tost makinası, kahve makinası, mikrodalga, ocak ve bardak, tabak tencere tava da mecbut kullanım için. Hepsi tertemiz. Bu arada balkon geniş ve manzarası çok güzeldi. daha uzun kalmak isterdim. Belki başka bir sefere.

Cons:

Asansörsüz.

Perfect spot to base out of for northern Albanian adventures.
Pros:

Centrally located with fantastic views of the city. Xherald our host was so helpful going so far as to meet us and drive with us to find a spot to park close by and free! He also helped us find restaurants and a good tour to see the Shala River.

Cons:

Nothing, just be prepared to walk for that great view.
