Handy location and price but comes with numerous challenges
Pros:

It was in a good location and a good price.

Cons:

Finding it was challenging, you enter from a back street and there is no indication that there are guest rooms in the building. I mistakenly thought with the name that it was a hotel but there was no one there for check-in, we had to message the person and then wait for him to arrive and let us in. The room is up 100 stairs (I am not joking here, so if mobility is an issue, please keep this in mind) and for the family room the bathroom while private, you must cross the communal hallway to use it and so you can run into other guests while going to take a shower etc.

Die Lage ist unfassbar gut, dazu war es sehr sauber und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war unschlagbar man hatte wirklich alles was man braucht

Pros:

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was very clean, and the location was excellent, just a short walk from the city center. The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was easy, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again.

Very basic accomodation. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff, helped with my suitcase up the many flights of stairs. Good working air conditioning.

Cons:

The room smelt like cigarette smoke despite being a no smoking room. The bathroom was very small and not very practical. The room did not feel very clean with hairs being found in the bathroom.

Ok for a night when you’re exploring the city

The location was great and the host was very helpful

Cons:

In comparison to the other properties we stayed at in shkoder. It was poor. Pretty drab. You had to climb 5 flights of stairs. It was also a lot smaller than it looks on the pics

Apartament położony w samym centrum. Czysto i komfortowo. Klimatyzacja , oddzielna wspólna kuchnia.
Położony na 5 piętrze bez windy, ale właściciel pomaga z bagażem.

Pros:

Right in the city centre but without the street noise. Apartment is recently totally renovated with modern amenities. Host responded instantly and is very professional and welcoming. Check in and check out was a breeze. You'll sleep like a king.
