Amazing staff for a beyond and above service
Pros:

great room, very comfortable beds and sofa, I was very happy to have a washing machine in the room and iron. amazing staff, great location (near to convention center and mall).

すごくきれいで広くてラグジュアリーな感じでした
ベットもふかふかで、冷蔵庫とか電子レンジ、コンロ、洗濯機も部屋についていてすごかったです
近くにご飯屋さん、コンビニなどあって立地もよいと感じました

Cons:

強いていえばプレミアの方のロビーが夜閉まっちゃって、(近いけど)本館のロビーにいかなきゃいけなかったこと

在這裡住的便利，放鬆，有真正渡假的愉悅感。
Pros:

早餐精緻而美味，多元豐富，環境優雅，令人心曠神怡。交通便利性令人激賞，來往羽田、成田機場的巴士直達飯店門口，讓厚重行李不再成為移動的惡夢。飯店出門一分鐘到餐飲美食廣場，兩分鐘可到海濱幕張站搭電車或巴士，三分鐘到三井OUTLET購物，旅遊三要事一次滿足。房間寬敞，同樣價格在東京市區只能塞人入住，連行李都打不開，這裡卻足足兩倍以上奢華空間。

Coming back to an old favourite
Pros:

Such an nice place with great staff, great breakfast and good afternoon snack and evening drinks options, fun wedding style venue. My daughter loves the foyer with the princess stairs.

Cons:

Cleanliness was a bit of an issue with staff not cleaning under the beds- looked under to see where smell was coming from and was disturbing find. The room systems are also a bit of nightmare with auto lights blinding you and waking the family if you dare go to the bathroom overnight. Tends to smaller side rooms also but all in all we enjoyed what we got.

Pros:

Rich breakfast, afternoon coffee and cake, small beverages in the evening. Nice team.

Cons:

The room has no wardrobe!!! I was forced to leave my clothings in teh suitcase. Every day kneeling on the ground and rearranging things. You have a metal bar close to the wall with six hangers. That is all! See picture. One bed has no bed table. Where to put things? Washbasin is in the bedroom - not funny. Air conditioning has three levels, you cannot adjust temperature. However, it is quiet and efficient.

Great Chiba stay for our last night in Japan!
Pros:

Very spacious and luxurious room, excellent service, very good breakfast, nice gym for Tokyo. We booked one night at the end of our Japan trip to be closer to Narita airport the following day. Convenient limousine bus takes you and your luggage to the airport for 1200 yens ($CAN11), a 30 minute trip. Easy to get to from Tokyo station, short walk from train station. The hotel is next to a beautiful park and to a fashion outlet mall. Great executive lounge: afternoon tea at 3pm with free beverages and snacks, and free drinks (wine, beer, make your own cocktail) and snacks fr4om 5pm to 7pm.

Cons:

Not a lot to do in the area compared to other Tokyo districts but it suited our needs. We walked about 1.5 km to see the ocean - the beach was not really set up to welcome tourists (had to go over fences to get to it) and no businesses around to have a meal or drink but we were pleased to see the water.

Pros:

子供連れで泊まりましたが、
トイレにもベビーベッドが置いってあったのは感激しました。
朝食も美味しくて最高でした。
子供も大喜びでまた泊まりたいです。

Pros:

隣の部屋の音が聞こえず、とてもゆったリと過ごす事が出来良かった!!又中華料理が美味かった。夜のビュッフェに和食が有れば更に良かった!!部屋も清潔でした。

Cons:

温泉が有れば便利。湯楽の里迄行って来ました。
