Я редко оставляю негативные отзывы, но в данном случае считаю это необходимым.

Основная проблема — обслуживание на ресепшене, в частности поведение мужчины-сотрудника. Утром, когда я отдыхала, в номер начали настойчиво стучать, потому что телефон в отеле не работает и гостей просто вызывают стуком в дверь. Мне пришлось проснуться и объяснить, что я продлеваю номер и подойду на ресепшен позже.

Однако спустя час стук повторился. Когда я открыла дверь, со мной разговаривали в резкой и ультимативной форме: либо я немедленно спускаюсь и оплачиваю проживание, либо освобождаю номер. Такой тон и давление в отношении гостя недопустимы. Люди останавливаются в отеле, чтобы отдыхать, а не испытывать стресс.

Именно этот инцидент полностью испортил впечатление и настроение. Если бы не поведение сотрудника, я, возможно, не стала бы писать негативный отзыв.

Также хочу отметить:
— душевая в старом состоянии, вода разбрызгивается в разные стороны;
— в номере нет даже базовых удобств вроде чая или кофе;
— с улицы постоянно слышен шум, окно невозможно открыть без дискомфорта.

В итоге я была вынуждена сменить отель, так как не чувствовала ни уважения, ни элементарного комфорта.

все прошло хорошо, перед заселением показали номер и попросили удостовериться нравится ли он мне.

Cons:

я жила на 3 этаже и был плохой wifi сигнал. в номере немного запах канализации.

Very good location
Pros:

Cute little place in a really good location. Close enough to everything but quiet. There is a washing machine but no dryer; price is reasonable. The staff provided us with a drying rack in the lower ground level but it took too long to dry considering that we had thick winter clothes. It was better to dry them in our room.

Cons:

Staff changed every day and some seemed like they needed more training. There was a bit of confusion and awkwardness but nothing major. In general, they were very polite and nice.
