SCAM! They stole my security deposit! They won't give you the code get into the building until you etransfer a $500 security deposit. It's been two weeks and they haven't sent it back! They just don't respond to me. SCAM ALERT!!

They have not released my Deposit of $400 via E-Transfer. They asked me for E-transfer deposit. Now, the property does not answer my text, call or message via Expedia. Terrible! Please send my Deposit back!!!!

It's a joke? This listing is a fake...we went there and it's a tour of condos...were anothers 4 people who were lies by this announce! I'm waiting for my points Expedia back and a reimbursement, please. Thanks

I’ts a nice place to stay, I will definitely recommend it. The con it that it takes more than a week to get your money back… but Expedia secured me by telling me that I will receive my money back guaranteed.

Convenient easy to access, property owner was extremely helpful with my last minute booking. Just to note for others they only take deposit via etransfer but it was returned within 24 hours of checking out. Great place will be staying again if i need a room in toronto

The place is very clean and very well located. It is not a hotel as it is sold in Expedia website. There is no front desk service and you have to call to get the keys and to leave the keys. That might make your experience a bit complicated.

Great property, great location, very affordable and the owner is communicative and reliable.

Great location, easy to access downtown and main attractions. Communication with host on the day of reservation and during stay was quick. Clear instructions were given which made the check-in process easy.
Note: this is NOT a hotel, but a cute cozy apartment unit. Manage expectations accordingly.

The property is in an excellent location. Close to many popular attractions. Check in was seamless and parking was easy to navigate. Unit was clean and the view is spectacular. We would definitely consider staying again.
