Отличный персонал, уютные номера, чистота, вполне сытный завтрак. Кофе, чай, вода доступны весь день, на кухне кофемашина. Есть лифт. Очень хороший отель рядом с остановкой автобуса из аэропорта Истанбул. В номере также кофе-чай-вода, хорошее постельное белье, стол, шкаф, есть тапочки, регулируемые батареи отопления. В маленьком дворике живет котик) есть услуги трансфера. Оплата наличными

Обслужването беше отлично, но стаята която бях резервила не беше същата де лукс, а тройка, която се наложи да доплатим. Местополжението е добро, чистотата също, закуската стандартна.

La colazione conforme alla previsione per un hotel a 3 stelle con l'aggiunta che ogni giorno c'erano anche delle cose cucinate al momento tipo le patatine o le omelette ecc ecc . Le camere piccoline ma molto pulite cosa non scontata ad Istanbul , camere molto calde e doccia spaziosa. Lo staff molto gentile e cordiale .
The breakfast was as expected for a 3-star hotel, with the added bonus of freshly cooked items every day, such as chips or omelets, etc. The rooms were small but very clean, which is not a given in Istanbul. The rooms were very warm and the shower was spacious. The staff was very kind and friendly.

The peak of Istanbul, could not ask for anything better.
Pros:

Hira Hotel was honestly the peak of our stay in Istanbul. What gives Istanbul its charm and warmth is the people, and at Hira Hotel, the staff was amazing. They speak broken English, but the heart did the talking for them. In total, we were 10 people. We were all cared for, and it felt like we belonged there. The staff was always helpful, and always kind to us. Special thanks to “Khan” (forgive my spelling), a nice and kind youth who works at Hira Hotel (you can’t miss him, he’s got the nicest tattoos I have ever seen). He made our stay even more magical.

The hotel is exactly what you need in Istanbul. What it lacks in amenities and luxury, it makes up in warmth.

I have been to 5-Star Hotels, just this time I had to cheap out cause my whole group was staying there. When you go to 5 Star hotels, everything seems artificial - the smile, the “trying to help”. At Hira Hotel though, it’s all genuine. We don’t smile, we laugh our hearts out. As I am writing this quite long essay about the hotel, I am already planning for my next stay at Hira Hotel.
