Je recommande, bien placé et confortable
Pros:

- L'emplacement dans le vieux quartier
- La possibilité de garder les bagages dans un lieu sécurisé
- L’accueil
- Le service de machine à laver, pratique et peu cher
- La chambre : spacieuse, clim, propre, calme
- L'ascenseur (surtout quand on est au 5e étage haha)
- Le rooftop a le mérite d'exister, il y a du potentiel

Cons:

Check-in et check-out à heure fixe
Bon restaurant mais un poil plus cher que la moyenne (avec le % de réduction ça reste raisonnable !)

Alice at the desk is awesome
Pros:

Alice the girl at the réception is the best dorm manager I met in Vietnam.She takes the time to talk to you and really care.She is AWESOME.Fantastic air conditionning/matress/Bathroom.Good coffee free breakfast.

Dù chỉ lưu trú 1 đêm, nhưng trãi nghiệm được đánh giá cao là dịch vụ nhận phòng sớm (dù không có đăng ký trước, đây được xem là hiểu tâm lý khách hàng), nhân viên nhiệt tình giúp đỡ, dịch vụ phòng tốt. Sẽ quay trở lại vào tháng 9/2026 tới.

Lovely stay

Pros:

I loved my stay at this hostel. It is very clean and comfortable, with curtains on the hostel beds for privacy and a locker. The food from the restaurant is delicious and they accomodated my dietary requirements with ease. The staff are lovely. In particular Alice who really went above and beyond during my stay. She helped me with airport transfers, arranged amazing tours and gave me lots of recommendations for not only Hanoi but Vietnam. I felt so welcome here the moment I arrived. Thank you to all the staff and Alice! I will be back next time I am in Hanoi :)

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here! The female dorm was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The beds were comfy, and everything was kept nice and tidy.

Breakfast was surprisingly good, with plenty of tasty options to choose from each morning. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, so it’s easy to explore Hanoi on foot while still having a cozy place to come back to.

The staff were kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!
