Pros:

Staff were very friendly and the facilities was clean. Very good accommodations for the money. Breakfast provided and was very good.

Nice outside area!
Pros:

The property was lovely, with a lot of trees and shade. The pool area was really nice and comfortable. The restaurant was great and our included breakfast options were good. There is a store close by and it is a less than 10 minute walk to the beach.

Cons:

We rented a suite with a separate bedroom but the living room area furniture made it difficult to use. The only chairs were a hanging one and a worn out office chair that tipped back. What we thought was a couch in the picture was cushions on the floor. The bed was quite uncomfortable.

Excelente relación calidad precio
Pros:

El desayuno estaba muy bien, con porciones generosas y en general la comida con buen sabor. Probamos la sopa de mariscos y estaba espectacular.
La ubicación muy buen también, basta caminar unos 50 metros para tener acceso a un mini super, farmacia y heladería (con opciones veganas).

Cons:

Las instalaciones se notan un poco afectadas por el tiempo. No hablo de que estuviera sucio, sino de que les podría beneficiar una remodelación o invertir en ir mejorando cosas pequeñas como: la llave de agua de la habitación que esparcía el agua, la puerta del baño y la ventana que costaba mucho cerrarlas, el ventilador del techo que sonaba mucho, la red wifi que en el dormitorio principal no funcionaba bien, y el televisor que era sumamente viejo (no inteligente). Estas cosas no degradaron la experiencia porque pasamos más en las playas que en la habitación, pero son cosas que se pueden mejorar.

Pros:

Great staff, great pool! Loved the employees, really nice and good breakfast. The location is great too.
There is a fridge in the room which i liked

Cons:

The beds were quite old and the bathroom needs a renovation. It was "clean", but it didn't feel like it because u could tell it was older. The bathroom was bad, still clean, but totally outdated. Since im a backpacker I was ok with it but my almost 80 year old dad felt a little uncomfortable

Konnten schon um 13:30 das Zimmer beziehen.
Frühstück war gut, Zimmer okay. Lage dafür super, ca. 500 m vom schõnen Sandstrand entfernt. Läuft man 1 Km weiter steht man am Muschelstrand Conchal --> einfach Pura Vida!!

Cons:

Badezimmer / WC 3 m2 kein Platz zum die Badetücher aufzuhängen. Keine Ablage in der Dusche für Duschmittel. Dusche Allgemeinen sehr in die Jahre gekommen, schade!!

A great budget friendly place just a short walk to two nice beaches and restaurants.
Pros:

The grounds and pool were always clean. The staff were very friendly and down to earth and helpful with directions. It is a short walk to the beach and very quiet at night which was nice. The included breakfast is a fruit plate with toast, jam and coffee which was good for me but if you want a more substantial breakfast you have to order off of the breakfast menu.

Cons:

The pool although very nice gets quite crowded if there are a lot of families and the hotel is popular with locals who were very friendly and to be fair it was the end of their summer holidays so families, like here at home, are getting in some family time before the kids go back to school.

Ubicación ideal para visitar las imperdibles Playa Brasilito y Playa Conchal.

Cons:

Pasaba una carretera pequeña pero con tráfico por detrás. Nuestra habitación daba allí así que mucho ruido a patrir de las 17.30. Cafetera no estaba limpia, no había té/café de cortesía, y solo pastillas de jabón en un baño realmente anticuado a pesar de ser una habitación superior. Por el mismo precio nos hemos alojado en lugares más actualizados e inspiradores en todo Costa Rica. La calidad-precio hay que cuidarla (aunque uno esté ubicado de forma excepcional). .

Hotel bonito y básico
Pros:

Es un bonito hotel rodeado de naturaleza, a cinco minutos caminando de la playa. El personal es amable y eficiente. Lo que probamos del restaurante estuvo muy bien, servicio rápido. Hay una bonita y bien mantenida piscina.

Cons:

La puerta de la ducha se traba. La puerta del baño pega con el pequeño lavatorio. Mínimos insumos de aseo.
