No better location if visiting the old town. The hotel also has a restaurant on the first floor with many good German dishes to try, highly recommend.

Pros:

The location cannot be beat! We had an amazing view of the square and cathedral from our room. The floor of our room was slanted which we thought added to the charm, but could be an issue for some. Amazing service and very clean rooms. The restaurant downstairs had delicious dinner and a plentiful breakfast.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Kleines schnuckeliges Hotel mit direktem Blick auf den Marktplatz. Dadurch alles sehr zentral und fußläufig zu erreichen. Ich würde wieder dorthin, wenn ich nochmal nach Heidelberg gehen würde. Das Frühstück war super und das Personal stets freundlich.

Cons:

Mini-Bad mit Hellhörigkeit ins eigentliche Zimmer, auch bei geschlossener Tür. Wenn Paare noch nicht so lange zusammen sind, könnte das unangenehm sein 😉

One of the best I have ever stayed.
Pros:

The location next to the castle, breakfast amazing, restaurant spectecular worth to try during your stay. Super huge bedroom, staff super polite and kind.

Cons:

There's no Netflix or international channels option, only German channels.

Top Lage in der Altstadt. Kurze Wege für Shopping, Schloss….
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück hat uns gereicht. Gute Brötchen und Brot. Eier zum selber kochen fanden wir auch schön. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen

酒店位置佳，停车要看车型。
Pros:

酒店就在集市广场旁边，位置佳，有电梯行李上下也方便。P12停车场离酒店100米，但限高1.8米。

Cons:

开大车要停1公里外的P10停车场，走路10多分钟，不太方便。

Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage am Marktplatz/Fußgängerzone. Das Parkhaus P12 war super fußläufig zu erreichen und vom Hotel gab es einen kleinen Parkrabatt. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat trotz Ruhetag noch auf unsere Anreise gewartet.
Wir sind mit 2 Kindern (3 und 6 Jahre) gereist und uns stand ein "Familienzimmer" mit zwei sehr gemütlichen Doppelbetten zur Verfügung. Trotz Zimmerausrichtung zum Marktplatz (abendliches Treiben), haben wir hervorragend geschlafen. Das Frühstück war sensationell lecker und vielfältig.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.

Een mooi hotel midden in de oude stad. Vlakbij de kabelbaan naar het kasteel.

De mooie ligging van het hotel midden in de oude stad. Je kunt dichtbij parkeren in parkeergarage 12. Je krijgt dan korting op de parkeerkosten van het hotel. Het ontbijt was uitstekend.

Bon rapport qualité-prix, excellente nourriture, personnel compétent, très gentil, séjour agréable.
Pros:

La vue est agréable, la chambre est lumineuse. L'hôtel est bien situé pour des visites dans le quartier historique. Le restaurant est très bien. La qualité de la nourriture. Le service très accueillant. le personnel très gentil. La propreté parfaite.

Cons:

J'ai trouvé le matelas trop mou à mon goût. La température de la chambre un peu trop froide. Les rues aux alentours étaient assez bruyantes tôt le matin (travaux, installation du marché, ...). L'installation éléctrique un rien vétuste.
