Pros:

The staff were helpful and did their best

Cons:

paying for amenities which never worked. Like the water never worked. Always ran out of water. could go prolong periods not being able to have a wash .

Pros:

The reception staff are helpful, polite and informative from the start. The room i had was very spacious and and everything was clean and comfortable. The owner is a lovely lady who is extremely proactive in making sure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

There is nothing I did not like. In fact I enjoyed my stay there so much I rented an apartment for long term and now I am living there.

Disappointing because they’re not able to accommodate our needs
Pros:

The location of the property works for where I wanted to stay.

Cons:

The property itself requiring renovation. The rooms are old. The bathroom faucet and shower needs replacement, probably the water pipes needs to be clean or changed bc when showering you can really taste the rust. The sink faucets are loose. The rooms needs through cleaning. And room service should be provided upon request. The linens needs to be change also bc it’s no longer white. The shower drain needs to be covered so the insects doesn’t get in from it.

One of the most horrible hotels I have ever stayed in.
Pros:

Checking out of hotel before my stay was complete. Staff was great.

Cons:

cockroaches everywhere. The word Resort Hotel is a joke.

A Very Nice Place and A Very Good Staffs
Pros:

I Like the attitude of all staff. They are so Very Good. Kahit Nagbrownout Inilipat nila ako agad sa Magandang Room.

Cons:

Wala Maayos naman Lahat ehh. Natakot lang ako sa Multo sa 2nd Floor. 😂😂
