The apartment was comfortable and well furnished, with a nice view, and I really liked the rooftop pool.

Cons:

The downside was the noise in the mornings due to work near the building, the gym being in a separate building, and I would have preferred access with a key card instead of a physical key.

Oasis of peace and calm.
Pros:

A fantastic resort and hotel in a quiet part of Angeles City. The pool is fantastic and the staff are clearly w irking hard to create an oasis of calm in midst of Angeles madness.

Cons:

I made a couple of small suggestions to management but nothing major.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly; the position is not too much far from the sm Clark and the walking street, the room is large and confortable but some accessories are strictly recommended ( for example a glass in the bathroom needed and a waste box to throw the disposal)

Cons:

The internet WiFi is not always stable; the hotel address and the phone number on booking site is wrong , I suggest the hotel to update it in order to avoid to reach a wrong location as happened to me and some other guest. In google map you can find the right address inputing “ bonsai Hotel”

Quiet neighborhood close enough to the action
Pros:

Location was off the beaten path which was great for reduced ambient noise. It was close enough to walking street and many restaurants/bars for me. I was able to get around easily without all the distractions

Cons:

The amenities in the room were a little light. I had to buy a couple items at a local 711 to get through my stay but for the value it was totally worth it

Location is somewhere in a very dark street.Bathroom is small and I had issues with hot water. Should be more cheaper in this area and it is only room.

paying for amenities which never worked. Like the water never worked. Always ran out of water. could go prolong periods not being able to have a wash .
