It was disgusting the rooms were totally bad and no proper facilities the receptionist who was lady was so arrogant and not guiding anything properly. When we ask something her reply was i dont know , she was disturbing while we were in the room, the bathroom was awkward no clean at all , room totally akward
Close to airport, great for late night arrival. Checked in at midnight and headed off at 8am the next morning.

The worst room i have ever seen, no windows, dirty and worst of all, extreme bad smell of Cigerettes. I could not stay in the room for more than 10 minutes.

Staff was rude and doesn't speak any English, there were workers smoking in the lobby, the room was not clean and smelled like old cigarette smoke
The location opposite the airport is great, however, the Yaou Hotel is probably the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in and the lady at reception is the angriest person I have met in a long time.
No English spoken at all.
