Pros:

Hele lieve man die het pand onderhoudt. Hij werkt zich het licht uit de ogen.

Cons:

5 uur stroomstoring gehad. Personeel werkt keihard, maar eigenaar hoort hier meer in te investeren gezien het bedrag dat hij voor een kamer vraagt. Is niet in verhouding met wat je terug krijgt

Das Hotel ist abseits gelegen, was es schön ruhig macht aber auch schwierig Dinge zu erledigen oder Busse zu bekommen.
Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Der Pool ist sauber und schön gelegen.

Das Hotel ist abgelegen, was es erschwert, Dinge zu besorgen oder Busse zu erreichen.
Dafür, dass es relativ neu ist, sind viele Sachen schon recht abgenutzt, wie z.B. Bettwäsche.

Great value for money, Check the location of property over the phone, before reaching Anuradhapura!
Pros:

The care taker off the villa was Suresh, who was very professional and helpful throughout the stay. the room was spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning, very clean bathroom with hot water. there is no menu at the property but Suresh will cook meals if you provide raw materials and his cooking is above average for local dishes. All in all a comfortable stay for me and my family.

Cons:

The location given in Booking.com is wrong and the proprietor is going to fix it hopefully. once we came to the location shown in the website and called, he send us the location for the nearby place from which we had to follow his directions. it was a bit unpleasant as it was night time and we were tired from the long drive.

The pool needs a bit more cleaning but given the price point it is acceptable.

The last bit of road is a dirt road and if you are driving a car with low bodykit might not be able to make this bit!
