Superb break in a lovely town

Great place to stay, would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel in a great location and with parking. Our room was lovely and the bathroom was enormous. I wish we could have stayed for longer.

Quiet place to stay, rooms great!
Pros:

Bed comfy. Bathroom big and spacious. Room very clean. The fridge in the room was a nice touch.
Netflix on the telly. Hairdryer was a bonus. Great location. Quiet place to stay. Rooms fully equipped.

Cons:

Hallway/porch area could do with modernising/upgrading as it was a little dull and dark with lots of CCTV, no welcome info/tourism brochures/ restaurant recommendations ect. Hallway smelt a bit musty.
The CCTV on every wall could be considered a good thing for security, but it felt a little intrusive when you first check-in. Stairs very steep and creaky but it’s understandable as it is an old building.
We stayed for 1 night. There was a pile of used bed linen that was on the floor of the landing next door to our room which stayed there from check-in until check-out.

Having a fridge in the room was a nice touch. However a couple of bottles of water in the fridge for when you arrive would have been great.

Met expectations - comfortable - peaceful - pretty decent.
Pros:

I thought the Marmot pretty much fitted expectations - the bedroom and bed were comfortable although I thought the pillows a little thin. The kitchen facilities were good and the bathroom was excellent. The area was quiet and felt safe.

Cons:

My only real concern was using the shower - I did not feel it was a non-slip surface - a mat might help.

Great apartment, clean and greta location, parking is charged as an addition
Pros:

A very smart apartment easy access and location of keys. Nice touches with the tea, coffee and biscuits and fresh milk. Very clean and confortable apartment

Cons:

I was a little surprised that car parking was charged as an additional amount at £14. I am sure the booking details said parking was available but there was no mention of this being chargeable or indeed the amount. It should be shown in order to make a true cost comparison

Decorated in a quirky way and to a high standard . A real breath of fresh air from the norm . Fabulous
Pros:

Beautifully presented accommodation in a near perfect location . Everything provided for a short comfortable stay and great bedding and mattress for a fabulous sleep.

Wonderful Room in Central Harrogate
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at the Marmot. Right in the middle of Harrogate. Amazing staff and information system giving all the information you could ever need. Beautiful large room with an incredible bathroom. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Great location for a Harrogate stay
Pros:

Towels and bed linen good quality and very clean
Fresh coffee, cafetier & milk on arrival

Cons:

Too many steps at back for my elderly mum
Apartment cold and had to ask twice for heating to go on
Pay extra for parking at rear an additional £30!

Business trip and The Marmot made it relaxing.
Pros:

Central location, really friendly contact, and great styling.

Cons:

Gate way could do with a tidy - first impressions count and there was an old sock in a pile of leaves there. But it’s that time of year with fallen leaves.
