La posizione, la struttura la piscina.
A mio avviso dovrebbe esserci più cura per l’ospite. E poi abbiamo notato che al mattino rifacevano il letto ma non pulivano camera e sopratutto il bagno.

Vacsorázni szerettünk volna esténként az éttermükbe de az üres volt minden este .Utolsó nap korán indultunk haza (7.30) és kertünk hideg reggeli csomagot ,legalább a gyerekeknek mivel csak 8.30 tól van reggeli ,sajnos azt nem kaptuk meg !
Great location, generally clean and quiet. Good for families with amenities close by. The staff at times were really good and other times left a lot to be desired. Usually if an issue was raised they would attempt to sort it out quickly which i credit them for. They are generally happy to talk to you and advise where they can but like i say there was just some basic mistakes i thought were odd.
Wifi was probably the best i have had in a hotel especially that size.

Very nice rooms - good size, clean and good decor.
Close to the Castle in Uchisar. Approximately 10 minutes from Goreme.
Quick check in and check out.
Ample local parking.
Even at 11pm the member of staff behind the counter did not offer to help us with our bags despite me carrying one sleeping child and having 6 bags. The room had no soap in the toilet on arrival. The AC did not work which i had to get someone to fix and to be fair they did attempt within a day (but the workman left a nail on floor). Even then it was mediocre. The fridge was barely working and had to set it to maximum to get a moderate amount of cooling on anything inside.
The big shower head was broken and leaking but they did fix it very quickly and was not any issue after that.
The pool staff area leaves a bit to be desired. It is understandable if the pool is quiet the staff go elsewhere to help but considering the main reception is 10-15 yards away that shouldn’t matter. On more than 1 occasion when i asked for pool towels the main reception staff would say to just wait for the pool staff to come back or go up to the terrace to find them ourselves. Very poor service from reception. When pool staff present the service was good
Room service do not change your sheets daily despite my wife specifically asking reception if they did this on arrival and said they do. If we didnt ask the cleaning staff the sheets were not changed, just set.
Terrace- shame there is no regular breakfast service up there despite this being advertised as such. I was not even allowed to bring my breakfast from the second floor to the terrace to eat. The staff said this is not allowed but people from outside the hotel could do this. I do not think this is a problem if there is genuine limited places on the terrace but when we were there the most i ever saw on the terrace eating breakfast was 1 table. Given the inside of the terrace seats about 80 people and another 20-30 outside i thought this position was really wrong particularly because it was advertised as having a roof top terrace breakfast. In reality its not for those actually staying at the hotel.

Solo una persona dello Staff parlava e comprendeva l’inglese.
La ubicación del establecimiento es perfecta, en una zona tranquila del pueblo de Uçhisiar, pero con vistas al Pigion Valley.
El hotel tiene mucho encanto, pero la piscina es algo ruidosa. Al desayuno le faltaban alimentos del gusto europeo.
Nice new hotel a few minutes walk from Uchisar centre. All the staff were charming and helpful (especially the chaps on reception who sorted out a problem with our airport transfer on the last day). Rooms are just like the photos, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and had something for everyone, with the most delicious bread. The small pool area is great and feels luxurious.
The hotel is very new and they seem to still be working out some of their processes. For example our rooms were rarely cleaned before 3pm. Sometimes the room clean wasn’t thorough - on the first day our bathroom bin wasn’t emptied. I’m sure these things will improve as the staff gain experience.
Hotel curato e pulito. Comodissimi per visitare la Cappadocia. A 5 minuti a piedi dal castello di Uçhisar.
Hotel molto bello ed elegante. Camera spaziosa. A pochi passi dal centro di Uchisar. Colazione ottima
Sarebbe da migliorare la pulizia quotidiana. In 4 giorni non sono mai state raccolte briciole di biscotti per terra. Inoltre un giorno abbiamo trovato i nostri vestiti (lasciati sul divano prima di uscire) buttati a terra.

Het was een geweldige plek!! Prachtig uitzicht en een fijn, school mooi hotel.
Echt een plek waar we heel graag terug willen komen. Een echte aanrader!! We love it!!!
