Very nice
Thought we would probably have some slippers for the room
The room was more spacious than expected and decorated really nicely. The courtyard space was lovely and there were nice rooms to chill in as well.
It was so overpriced for the experience we had, I wouldn’t recommend. They have clearly tried to cut costs as the same member of staff welcomed us, served us at the bar in the evening, later at dinner and then again at breakfast the next day. Some of the facilities in the spa didn’t work and we were not informed of this upon arrival. There were no cushions in the courtyard so despite it being a lovely space it felt unwelcoming, it wasn’t raining and people were sat outside. Did not feel like a luxury stay which I would expect from the price.
Staff were very nice but young and inexperienced. We had very little interaction with staff during the stay and didn’t feel particularly welcomed or looked after. The vibe was a bit cold and impersonal.
Our room was small and dark with only a tiny window right up against a hedge.
The village of Langham was pretty but there was nothing else in the village in terms of a pub or shop. There were no walks directly from the hotel and it was a 10-20 minute drive to get anywhere. Obviously that’s not a problem in itself but we were left wondering why, with such a unremarkable location the hotel was so much more expensive than anywhere else in the area.

The charger and WiFi Cellular connection was tricky to navigate and ensure the car was charging.
A well presented hotel , exceptionally clean the room was large and bed very comfortable

Brilliant cocktails and amazing staff, nice bar area with lovely atmosphere.

The pool was nice but nowhere to sit once you came out of the pool. It would be nice to sit on a lounger and relax by the pool for some of the allotted time we had there.

Over priced for what it was. No info to say you have to book a time in the pool. We managed to “book” our time at 8.30 instead a sat night, ridiculous!
If you’d booked it due to the spa and pool facilities only to realise you didn’t get a slot, you’d be cross. V expensive.
Beautiful setting and decor, with a lovely outdoor space to relax in the sun. Very handy for visiting North Norfolk and all the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious with the hot food cooked to order.
Unfortunately the pool was not available during our stay as the spa complex looked as if it would have been good and added to the stay.
Staff were amazing and very helpful. Lovely and cosy! Food and wine were delicious too!
The pool was freezing!! So didn’t stay in for long which was such a shame as it was an expensive treat for me and the spa was the main attraction but I got out of pool straight away. Also towel rail
