Lovely room and host in a spot on location
Pros:

Lovely spacious room with views of Flamborough Head. Amy was delightful and super helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the location super for everything Bridlington. Nice tea and coffee facilities and complementary toiletries. Great place to stay.

Cons:

It was a little noisy. Wouldn’t bother us normally but we had to be up VERY early for strawberry Fields Car Show. Kept awake by people coming back to the rooms but this wasn’t much later than 11.30. So wouldn’t bother us usually. Quite a bit of shouting on the street early hours and seagulls at 4 am 😂. But if you haven’t got to be up at 5am - ignore these negatives 😉

Comfortable Room in excellent location
Pros:

Comfortable Room in excellent location. Good shower, double-glazed windows to shut out any noise, and blinds to shut out the light. Friendly and accommodating owner. 2 minutes to the seafront. 5 minutes to the harbour. Land train to North beach a couple of minutes away, and to the South Beach 15 mins away. Wetherspoons just round the corner for breakfast.

Cons:

A bit pricey. Mattress to soft for my liking. Some people might struggle with the stairs.

Pros:

The room was a nice size very comfortable and on suite shower and toilet was clean everything you would want it to be .Amy was really nice and friendly would book again

It was very pleasant, comfortable and all we needed.
Pros:

The room was very tastefully decorated to a high standard. It had everything we needed. Amy and David were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The only drawback was that we had to park in an overnight car park in the next street .

Felt like home away from home.
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic location! Beautiful, modern and clean. The owners looked after us so well and are the nicest people who couldn’t do enough for you. The bed and mattress was the comfiest thing I’ve slept on! And because it was my son’s birthday they went out of their way to put decorations up for him last minute!! Couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay. The rooms are just beautiful. Thankyou again for everything and we will be back again! I’m so sorry this review is a month late though!
