Hotel Heritage House

My stay was wonderful. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and rooms are very comfortable. The team working there made sure I had everything I needed. They booked an excellent guide for me and arranged for my transfer to Jodhpur. Whatever I needed, they were there for me. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It’s very cozy hotel with a lot of local arts. What made our stay very special. Loved the ambience, felt like at home, as our home looks alike. Helpful stuff, good location. Free water coffee tea facilities. Highly recommended Place.

The hospitality at this place was nothing short of amazing! We were given a warm welcome with garlands and rose petals on our arrival, it was a novel experience for us.
The food was freshly cooked, the servers were quick to bring the dishes, and they were open to making the food as per our requests. The owner Mr. Dil Khan even treated our family to some rare Rajasthani delicacies that were not on the menu. It's rare to see such personalized service, we could not have have picked a better place to stay where everyone made us feel like home. The rooftop restaurant gives you a view of the city and it's so peaceful to sit there and enjoy the sights along with great food.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Heritage House in Jaisalmer and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the Golden City. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Check-in was smooth, and they were always ready to help with a smile, whether it was arranging local sightseeing, transport, or simply giving good advice about the city.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with traditional Rajasthani architecture that really adds to the experience of staying in Jaisalmer. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and the housekeeping was done daily with great care. After a long day of exploring the fort and local markets, it was nice to come back to a calm and cozy room.
The rooftop area is a big highlight. It offers a lovely view of the surroundings, especially in the evening. The food served at the hotel was fresh and tasty, with both local and simple options available. Breakfast was satisfying and prepared with attention, which made mornings pleasant and relaxed.
What truly makes Heritage House special is the hospitality. The staff treated us more like guests in a home than customers in a hotel. Their warmth, honesty, and willingness to help made our stay memorable.
Overall, Hotel Heritage House offers excellent value for money, a peaceful atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. If you want a comfortable stay with a traditional feel and friendly service in Jaisalmer, this place is a great choice.

The staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly. The rooms and the common areas are spotless. The food in the restaurant is very good.

The property is beautiful, well-built, and located very close to the fort and main attractions. It’s in the main city yet away from the usual traffic noise.

The stay at the hotel has been an unbeatable experience. Both the welcome and the treatment of the management and all the staff are excellent.
The rooms are very good and have everything to make you feel comfortable and rest very well.
The food is also excellent.
I recommend it for a visit to Jaisalmer.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional hospitality and overall experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, ensuring every need was met with a warm smile. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The over all hotel is decorated beautifully in Rajasthani fashion. The hotel’s rooftop restaurant had the best food I tried in Rajasthan, it is definitely a must try!

Ambience and services

This was a really great find. The hotel is beautifully decorated in local style. The rooms are large and have everything you could want for a comfortable stay including a kettle and plenty of bottled water. There is a large roof terrace and a good choice for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and attentive, they could do enough for us. The hotel is in a quiet location around 20 mins walk to the fort with plenty to see along the way.

Property is very clean, almost feels like you’re staying in a palace. The rooms are big and the bathroom with walk in shower was most welcomed after 4 weeks in India! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful.

My wife had stayed alone for the 50 Km Hell Race and wanted some support for basic food, etc. The owner & staff went out of the way to make her comfortable. After the race, they ensured food was sent to the room as she was sore and tired. Excellent service. Safe for a single women traveller
