Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig und manchmal ein unguter Geruch.

Pros:

Kind and thoughtful management, fresh fruit, local wine and chocolate provided as a welcome. Plenty of information of local area eg restaurants given to us by the management, also a useful shopping bag gifted to us at the end of our week's stay. The video that played during breakfast showing the beauty of Tenerife was very pleasant. Also the picturesque little courtyard with lots of plants and items of interest. Most of the rooms looked out onto this. Also the communal balcony overlooking the sea - very nice!

Cons:

We were only given 1 key card to the room, a second one would've been helpful, though to be fair we didn't ask for a second one, maybe we would've been given one if we'd have asked.

Soggiorno tutto sommato piacevole. Peccato per la camera asegnataci.
Pros:

Ottima posizione in centro storico. Colazione soddisfacente. Bella la terrazza sull'oceano e l'atmosfera generale di una casa tradizionale con un bel patio interno. Il paese è piacevole sia di giorno che di sera, tranquillo ed in posizione geograficamente ottimale per varie escursioni nei ditorni.

Cons:

Pur avendo prenotato con ampio anticipo una camera che dava sul patio interno al piano terra, ci è stata essegnata una camera posizionata sul retro della struttura e dotata di una piccola finestra di meno di 1 mq che affacciava sulla via interna. La camera risultava quindi alquanto buia e chiusa. Certamente questa tipologia di camera andava, innanzitutto preavvisata (io non l'avrei presa), e quotata certamente ad un costo inferiore.

A gem of a hotel and a tribute to its management and staff.
Pros:

A small, well-run hotel in a beautifully restored and maintained historical building. Attention to detail all around: decor, atmosphere, service. Perfect location in old Garachico, with terraces overlooking the sea. Excellent breakfast!
