Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the towels were changed regularly. The room was cleaned twice during our six-day stay. The location is excellent — very close to the main historical attractions and convenient for walking around the city. Everything was great, and we would gladly stay here again.

У нас було дуже приємне проживання. Апартаменти чисті та комфортні, рушники регулярно змінювали, а прибирання проводили двічі за шість днів. Розташування відмінне — дуже близько до основних історичних пам’яток і зручно для прогулянок містом. Усе було чудово, і ми із задоволенням зупинилися б тут ще раз.

So long as you know to expect a simple establishment with no bells and whistles, this is great value
Pros:

It is hard to be too critical for the price, which was extremely good value. The room was cosy and warm, and while the outlook was not much it did have a little balcony. The bed was reasonably comfortable and for one person the room was absolutely fine. The location is close to everything in Sultanahmet, and the tram line. I ate dinner two times at the nearby Art Cafe which was fabulous. Fairly easy access to airport via to BN1 bus along the waterfront (Kennedy Cad.) from Akbiyik to link up with the Airport bus at Bakirkoy ferry terminal.

Cons:

It is quite hard to find in a little backstreet and Google maps was not super helpful. Need to find under the name "Pera Pansiyon Sultanahmet". If coming off the tram at Cankurtaran, walk down steps from platform, turn left, walk about 80m until you see Armada hotel sign then turn right and you will find it. The building only has 3 rooms, one room per floor plus a steep staircase. There are no staff on site so you enter with a code for the front door. Paying the bill proved to be a bit of a mission - initially I was asked to pay cash but in the end I went to another location about 5 mins walk away and paid by card. It seemed perhaps the owner was away so a friend was looking after it for him. I was not offered a cleaning service but that was fine. The bathroom is tiny but functional, getting into the shower is a bit tricky (eg. the taps are behind the shower door). There can be quite a bit of noise from outside, as it is a parking area. The curtains don't completely cover the window either.

Pros:

Все понравилось. Недалеко от основных достопримечательностей (София, Топкапа и т.д.) Сам номер небольшой, но уютный. На самом верху. Удобная кровать, небольшой столик, тумбочки, стул, достаточное количество розеток. Санузел совмещённый. Предоставляют полотенца, шампунь, мыло. Работающий вай-фай. Оплата наличкой. Можно оставить вещи после выезда. Доброжелательный хозяин)

Cons:

Очень не хватает крючков или вешалок в ванной, в остальном все отлично)

Pros:

Gera vieta aplankyti miesto centrą. Nedidelė kaina, todėl ir nereikia tikėtis kažko stebuklingo.

Cons:

Labai siaura laiptinė, todėl į trečią aukštą užlipti su lagaminais yra nemenkas iššūkis.
