The metro train passes nearby, so a lot of sounds can be disturbed during the train passing.

It is quite hard to find in a little backstreet and Google maps was not super helpful. Need to find under the name "Pera Pansiyon Sultanahmet". If coming off the tram at Cankurtaran, walk down steps from platform, turn left, walk about 80m until you see Armada hotel sign then turn right and you will find it. The building only has 3 rooms, one room per floor plus a steep staircase. There are no staff on site so you enter with a code for the front door. Paying the bill proved to be a bit of a mission - initially I was asked to pay cash but in the end I went to another location about 5 mins walk away and paid by card. It seemed perhaps the owner was away so a friend was looking after it for him. I was not offered a cleaning service but that was fine. The bathroom is tiny but functional, getting into the shower is a bit tricky (eg. the taps are behind the shower door). There can be quite a bit of noise from outside, as it is a parking area. The curtains don't completely cover the window either.

There was no bedside lamp and the lighting was very strong and hospital-like. Sometimes we found weird orange spots on towels.

Район не совсем безопасный, вечером не очень безопасно гулять рядом с отелем. Но это больше претензия не владельцу а в целом к самому району.

Отопление не работает, кондер собственно тоже.
Вай фай не работал первый день, но его настроили на второй.

В целом хозяин добрый и отзывчивый, но местоположение и само помещение не очень, маленькое помещение и место отвратительное.
