Cons:

I had to pay online to Solaire. They sent me a link that didn’t work. Then they call their self giving me a one time courtesy to pay at the property. I don’t see why I couldn’t pay at the property in the first place. For this reason I wouldn’t stay there again and booking.com was useless,no help. I don’t think booking.com is a helpful site for their customers.

Staff is always smiling in the hallways and always willing to answer my questions.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Check in process was a bit troublesome because my last name was misspelled in the system. It took a while to figure out this was the root cause of the issue.

Over all it was still very beautiful

Exceptional duty Manager . He saved the stay

Cons:

Please change your policies on balloons cakes and flowers . It literally changed the mood of a double birthday celebration. Having to wait for clearance up to 30 minutes definitely changes the element of surprise in any event
