Pros:

The hostel owners son was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. We booked a cruise of the bay through the hotel which was the best value by far and the hostel made sure we were dropped off and collected on time! The room was very comfortable and clean. Would stay again without a doubt. Thank you !

Sehr saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Im gebuchten Mehrbettzimmer hat ein anderer Gast geschlafen und es wurde spät am Abend schwierig eine Lösung zu finden. Nach längerem Gespräch mit dem freundlichen Personal haben wir uns geeinigt uns das Schlafzimmer zu dritt zu teilen, da die Option einer Änderung oder eines neuen Bettes im
Schlafsaal nicht möglich war. Wir bekamen den Betrag für das Doorm-Bett erstattet !

Alles war sehr gut!
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hostel, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal (u.A.. haben sie mir geholfen ohne große Wartezeiten eine Vietnamesische SIM Karte zu erwerben, oder als ich eine Decke brauchte war das kein Problem). Frühstück war auch gut, das bekommt man im 6.Stock, bei guten Wetter auch auf der Terrasse.

Cons:

Es gibt 2 sehr schöne (gratis!) Fahrräder. Leider waren die aber nicht betriebsbereit. Mit einen (sehr) kleinen Aufwand wären die das. Aber wie gesagt gratis, sprich das war für mich auch kein Problem.

Pros:

Tôi thích không gian và tiện nghi trong phòng, giá cả lại rất hợp lý phải chăng, có cả phần ăn sáng nhưng tôi chưa kịp ăn vì phải đi sớm, phòng của tôi là phòng dorm 6 giường nhưng lại có không gian chung rất rộng, sạch sẽ và mỗi giường được chia rất riêng tư, đặt biệt dù chỉ có 6 giường nhưng lại có tới 2 nhà vệ sinh ngay trong phòng. Tôi cảm thấy rất hài lòng và thoải mái dù chỉ ở một đêm. Nếu có dịp tôi sẽ quay lại book ở đây và tận hưởng tiện nghi hơn. Nhân viên cũng rất nhiệt tình thân thiện và sẵn sàng giúp đỡ.

Cons:

Zimmer hat gestunken. Badewanne ist bei Betreten aus der Halterung gefallen. Wenn man geduscht hat, war das ganze Bad nass.

Pros:

Near to the Quang Ninh Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Center. Good to Stroll along the seaside.

Great stay in convenient location
Pros:

Use of 2 push bikes for free was excellent and we went exploring along the coastline! An earlier breakfast than normal was also appreciated and an early check in as well
