Sofort wieder!!!
Pros:

Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir waren am letzten Tag noch auf einem Ausflug und durften unser Gepäck dort lassen und sogar nochmals duschen bevor es zum Flughafen ging. Die Anlage ist echt schön.

Pros:

Große Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon. Super Lage.

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl ging nur beschränkt und natürlich hat er auf unserem Stockwerk nicht angehalten da da defekt.

The staff where pleasant and had 24 hour desk

Cons:

The room was dirty and full of ants the bed was very uncomfortable and rock hard there was 2 washing machines in the car park to use but clothes came out dirtier after use would not recommend for a long stay maybe ok for a night or 2

Ok for a one time stay
Pros:

Free water, nice receptionist. Had a fridge which was great.

Cons:

Very dark and dingy rooms. Not cosy at all. Not very soundproof walls. Shower is right where the toilet is and wasn’t very clean. Feels gross to walk bare foot. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Rooms not clean with visible dirt on doors, walls and floors, soft furnishings ripped, cockroaches in one of our rooms. Argument at reception between local couple and staff on our arrival. We did not feel safe and checked out immediately.

Room is clean. Price is good. A kettle will be helpful as the nearest coffee shop is far away
Pros:

English is lacking. May I suggest you have a list of FAQs in both Thai and English. Prepare answers accordingly. You can do in Chinese, Hindi, French or any major languages. Just get the FAQs and answers right. It might even bring you more businesses.

Good value for money in a fairly quiet, low-key, non-tourist area
Pros:

Nice staff, big room, big bed. Good to have a sofa, table, desk, fridge, good wifi, and lots of space. Not much in the immediate vicinity, but within walking / bus distance (towards Dao Kanong) there are good food options, market, night market. Plenty of untapped entertainment and great local food nearby actually, but it just takes a bit of research and planning. Near-zero tourist area.

Cons:

I was satisfied overall, but a kettle or hot water dispenser somewhere would have been good. Looks like a lot of the rooms face a concrete wall, like mine, so it was really like not having a window. I think the staff would change towels, linen, etc. if asked, but I didn't. I did ask for soap and they were happy to oblige. Overall, I would stay again.
