Pros:

The room was very big, very modern and extremely clean. It had a kitchenette and separate working space with desks and resting area with a big bed and separate sofa and tv corner. There was a lot of storage, it'd be very suitable for a longer stay. The hotel had a good gym. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Pros:

This was a student dorm and the ground floor units in one of the 3 buildings was designated for booking.com. The front desk staff were always available and very helpful. The room had 2 separate bedrooms with desks and doors to the outdoor patio. There was a small refrigerator,, microwave, oven and cooktop. No mugs, pans or cups but when I went to ask, the reception desk gave me a coffee mug and a blow dryer so everything was great.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were body pillows and supportive.. The duvet and sheets were clean and 2 sets of towels and hand towels along with small bar soap, body gel, shampoo and toilet paper provided.

Location was kinda far from town but the bus stop was right across the street. The bus takes you to the metro where you can get anyplace easily. It is a distance from the airport so I took the Metro as far as I could go and then an Uber that was $3150 to get me to Stephouse.

There is a mall across the street with restaurants on the top floor that were open late as I arrived after dark and was unfamiliar and did not want to go walking around looking for someplace to eat. Saona had a nice 3 course meal option with plentybto choose from and the meal was excellent. Actually had to take my cheesecake back to my dorm and put it in the frig for my last night. I stayed 3 nights. After I was there for 2 days, I realized there was a whole little town just down the street.

I got a nice Manicure and Pedicure for 32 Euro's and iit was about 10 minutes walking towards all the businesses on the left side. It was on a road that was a loop and hidden so thankfully I looked carefully and found it.

All in all, far from the downtown and airport but transportation was easy to get.

Cons:

The floors were kinda dusty. There was only 2 plates, 2 bowls and 2 sets of silverware, just like the photos online. ButvIbwas able to get a mug and blow dryer when I asked.

Al ir en fin de semana se ve que no pasa el servicio de limpieza, deberían dejar más toallas limpias en cada habitación, así como más papel higiénico.

El personal es borde y antipatico. Poco dado a acoger huéspedes. Se nota que suelen tener estudiantes y su actitud es muy poco profesional.
