-Piscinas com necessidade de manutenção (azulejos a sair no interior)
- Sistema de reserva do spa não funciona bem. Temos que reservar 1h por cada quarto e depois não há controlo no local. Supostamente só podem estar 4 pessoas de cada vez e na hora que marcamos já tinha mais pessoas, apesar de avisarmos na receção disseram que viriam confirmar, mas tal não aconteceu e tivemos que vir embora porque não tínhamos espreguiçadeiras disponíveis.
Sugeríamos uso de cartões de acesso ao spa conforme cada hora reservada.
- mosquitos: janelas dos quartos talvez deveriam ter redes pois se queremos ir para a varanda tem que ser com cuidado para não entrarem.

The rooms should have screens for the mosquitoes. Its not possible to open the doors to the terrace, to refresh the air in the bedroom.
The shower should have a shelf for guests to place their bottles instead of the shower floor.
An electric car charger should be available.
Excelente pequeno-almoço pela variedade e principalmente qualidade dos produtos naturais (sumo melancia, favo de mel, diversos leites...); excelente jantar com uns risottos excelentes; paisagem excepcional, ambiente calmo e privado.
Day one - a breakfast buffet day , very nice
Day two and day 3, brought to table, selection is very nice, but rather wasteful as we did not want all of the things that were placed on the table.
We ordered fried eggs, but they were actually a little overcooked .

Het hotel ligt heel mooi gelegen langs het Alqueva meer -'s avonds kan je er een unieke sterrenhemel bewonderen bij helder weder - de keuken was heel lekker - zeer mooi en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.
