J'exige un remboursement au moins partiel
Pros:

Aucune piscine, alors que votre site indiquait clairement qu’elle faisait partie des équipements disponibles durant le séjour. De plus, mes sollicitations écrites sont restées sans réponse.
Je déplore le manque de sérieux de votre service et regrette profondément d’avoir réservé à la fois sur votre site et dans cet hôtel.
C’est inacceptable.

Pros:

Nous avons bien dormi accueil parfait personnel parfait. Cependant la moquette des chambres et des couloir pas propre et usée. Le coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas « piles usées » la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas « piles usées et cabossées » il manquait des serviettes le peignoir la poche était arraché

Très bonne solution pour attendre le départ d’avion
Pros:

Très bon hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix, très bon accueil, très commode pour aller à l’aéroport grâce à la proximité et au transfert gratuit, je recommande cet hôtel pour les voyageurs qui attendent leurs vols à l’aéroport d’Alger.
