Beaucoup de choses basiques mais essentielles à revoir dans cet hôtel

Bathroom was very clean

Beaucoup de taches apparentes, traces de mains sur le dossier du lit par exemple et moquette salle et pas bien aspirer

Le personnel
Le service petit déj ainsi que le buffet .
Les chambres propres sauf la moquette

Cons:

Moquette a nettoye.
Lit jumeaux mis cote a cote ont appel ca un King size.
Pas de sérieux au restaurant bosco , réservation de table effectué au près du personnel.
Au moment de mon arriver aucune table de vide et ma table prise .

Long wait to check-in, missing basic items in the room upon check in and took a long time to come and provide the missin

Free shuttle bus from and to the airport. Good breakfast.

Cons:

We arrived at after 10pm and had sent an earlier message to inform. Despite this we had to wait almost an hour to get checked in. However, the lady staff at the reception kindly gave us free dinner while waiting for the room to be ready.
What is worse when we finally checked in - there no towels, no cups, no remote control for the TV and no coffee and tea and no water to drink in the room. When we called the reception, it took a very long time for them to come ie I had already fallen asleep by then and my husband had to wait for a long time before they were finally provided.

J'exige un remboursement au moins partiel
Pros:

Aucune piscine, alors que votre site indiquait clairement qu’elle faisait partie des équipements disponibles durant le séjour. De plus, mes sollicitations écrites sont restées sans réponse.
Je déplore le manque de sérieux de votre service et regrette profondément d’avoir réservé à la fois sur votre site et dans cet hôtel.
C’est inacceptable.
