Limpeza, tinha cabelo no edredom. Café da manhã estava desorganizado e com aspecto de sujeira, as mesas demoram para ser limpas e demoram para repor as comidas.

É boa, mas precisa ter Smart TV e segurança dos banheiros.
Pros:

O café da manhã é bom, a localização é excelente, sobretudo para quem precisa se deslocar para o centro e/ou shopping. O atendimento da equipe de recepção é também excelente.

Cons:

A televisão só tem canais a cabo, não tem acesso a internet, isso é péssimo. Precisa melhorar a segurança do cliente, sobretudo no banheiro: o acesso ao box do chuveiro tem degrau considerável, sem barra de apoio e sem qualquer tapete antiderrapante.

A localização é excelente e a opção de café da manhã na própria unidade é um diferencial que torna a estadia mais prática .

Cons:

O quarto apresentava mofo, o atendimento demorava bastante e o café da manhã deixou a desejar. As mesas frequentemente estavam sujas e as bandejas dos alimentos ficavam pouco abastecidas, sendo necessário aguardar a reposição. Além disso, as camareiras conversavam em voz alta nos corredores, o que acabou causando incômodo e prejudicando o conforto e o descanso durante a estadia.
