Cons:

Os atendentes e recepcionistas do hotel são extremamente grossos . No dia que me hospedei meu esposo fez uma cirurgia e eu fiquei com meu filho no apartamento. O apartamento indicado não tinha smart TV. Isso não foi me informado pedi para trocar de apartamento pois estava com meu filho e ele queria assistir TV para conseguir esperar o meu esposo até finalizar a cirurgia e eles fizeram a maior dificuldade para que isso ocorresse. Após muita insistência consegui trocar de apartamento.
