The food is nice.

Cons:

The pool was freezing cold. It should be unacceptable to not have hot water in the spa center. The pool was freezing cold. The other guests were coming to the spa and going back to their room immediately as they realized the water was cold. This ruined our experience. We went to Bansko because of the spa. Ruined our experience.
