Хотелът е сравнително близо до центъра. Стаите са удобни и чисти. Салатите бяха вкусни и разнообразни.

Cons:

Басейнът има нужда от по-често почистване, тъй като видимо имаше боклуци. Бяхме в 2 стаи с обща тераса, която беше много малка, с един стол за сядане. Храната не беше много разнообразна. Водата и в двата басейна беше леко студена.

Overall, good value for the money.
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner were really good. There were, among other things, maybe ten different types of cheese and sweets, as well as delicious cooked food.
The spa and the indoor swimming pool are fine, but the outdoor swimming pool is relatively small and not suitable for swimming.

Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities and amenities were excellent, and our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable.
The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always happy to help. We would especially like to thank Ioanna and Bosko at the reception. They were exceptionally helpful, kind, polite, and welcoming, not only to us but also to our children. Their warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.
The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options and generous portions. Every meal was a pleasure.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and hospitality. We look forward to returning in the future! 😊

Pros:

Местоположението на хотела е страхотно. Гледката към планината е повече от уникална. Закуската и вечерята бяха много разнообразни. Спа центърът е на ниво. Персоналът беше изключително мил и отзивчив. Направиха ни безплатен ъпгрейд към едностаен апартамент. С удоволствие ще се върнем отново там.

★★★★★ An Exceptional Stay – We Will Definitely Come Back!
Pros:

We stayed at Zara Hotel in Bansko, in room 2103, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

From the very beginning, we were impressed by the hospitality and the attention to detail. When we entered our room, we found complimentary champagne and bottled water waiting for us, which was a lovely surprise. Even more impressive was the fact that we had originally booked a standard room, but the hotel kindly upgraded us, completely free of charge, to a beautiful Deluxe Apartment. This was an incredibly generous gesture and something we truly appreciated.

The entire staff was exceptionally kind, polite and helpful. We would especially like to mention the reception staff, who were always friendly, professional and willing to help with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble. One day, when it was raining and we wanted to go for a walk, they even offered us umbrellas free of charge. These small but thoughtful gestures really show what genuine hospitality means.

The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. The swimming pool and SPA facilities were excellent, and everything we needed was provided, including bathrobes and towels. The facilities made it very easy to relax and enjoy our stay.

The food was also excellent. Both breakfast and dinner were served as a very rich and well-organized buffet, with a great variety of choices and something for everyone.

We were also very impressed with the well-equipped and organized gym, as well as the children's corner, which is a great addition for families.

Overall, Zara Hotel offers everything you could wish for: cleanliness, comfort, excellent facilities, delicious food and, most importantly, truly exceptional hospitality.
A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We left the hotel with a big smile and the feeling that we had been genuinely looked after.
We will definitely return to Zara Hotel in the future

Άριστο προσωπικό σέ όλους τους τομείς, πολύ καλό καί νόστιμο φαγητό, πολύ καλό δωμάτιο καί στρώμα, πολύ καθαρή πισίνα.

Απλά θέλω να προτείνω,την στιγμή πού θά πηγαίνω στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο, αφού έχει επισκεψιμότητα από Έλληνες πελάτες, μέσα στα 150 κανάλια της τηλεόρασης νά έχει τουλάχιστον ένα κανάλι ελληνικό.
