Pros:

The staff were wonderful, food was very good in restaurant.

Received the greatest massage of my life from their spa (G rated) !

Pros:

The best place in Naga City, staff mega friendly and helpfull, guys make their best to make us feel comfortable. Very nice food. I really recommend that place.

I’m not satisfied.
Pros:

The swimming pool 8/10 nice with music but no one is watching 🙂we are alone in the pool area.

Cons:

I’ve booked deluxe double room in the website it’s spacious but in real it’s very small you cannot even stretched your arms because you will hit the cabinets/drawer and you cannot even walk around. Honestly, the room is very pricey for what you get. The pillow is disgusting …I don’t know if its a chocolate or what???

A gem in Naga
Pros:

While it may be a little far from Naga City Center, this hotel was a gem. The room was small, but was comfortable. The toilet was nice. bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good. no breakfast buffet though. Staff was very friendly. I would book this hotel again
