Historical urban oasis with outstanding service
Pros:

Excellent service combines with wonderful historical property, well kept and renovated, tucked away in quiet diplomatic quarter. Cosy, stylish wooden rooms. Great garden and pool. Excellent food and cool bar. Very good value for money. Flexible. We had to postpone our stay twice and Governor‘s accommodated this without problem. Last but not least: the team walk the extra mile. We had a smooth early check out at 4am, with bang on time wake up call, and fresh coffee and delicious take away breakfast. Thank you!

A place out of time for a perfect Yangon stay
Pros:

The Governor's Residence is a place out of time. The gardens and the building are perfectly maintained and incredibly beautiful. The staff are helpful and attentive. The breakfast was exceptional, even better than a buffet as you can order all the menu as much as you want!

great food, swimming pool and decor

Cons:

facilities were limited. will be good to have a gym or a walkway inside. pricing can also be cheaper, given the facilities. something has to be done about the mosquitoes breeding areas too.
