Avoid this place at all costs -- worst experience in South America
Pros:

In six months of driving across South America from Colombia to Argentina, this was by far the worst place I stayed at. However, the cats were friendly.

Cons:

To write everything bad that happened would be too long, so just the "highlights". Firstly, this is a cheap house, not a hotel. Her friends came over to stay in the house and they were extremely rude and obnoxious. The walls and doors are paper thin. They were drunk and slamming the doors to their rooms until 3am. They had loud sex banging on the walls. Then in the morning they got up before me and ate all the breakfast food. There was none left for me. She's like, "sorry". When I asked for a discount she refused, said the breakfast was "optional". The toilet was full of human feces. The friends blocked the driveway and wouldn't move their car to let me out. It was an absolutely unbelievablly horrid experience. Also, it's down a muddy road with only one restaurant nearby. Go a little further and stay in San Martín.

Laura is a great host!
Pros:

Laura was a friendly, warm, and inviting host. Her communication was great. The place was clean and everything was as advertised. It was nice chatting with her and the two other guests during the breakfast Laura provides.

Cons:

All was fine.
