The friendly helpful staff.
The location is bang on the road.
Since the hotel is on the main road, hence rooms have no privacy.
This place is far more comfy, the balcony view is a plus point, cleanliness, scrumptious food, they have very cute pet name pablo, staff is so polite and helpful.
The views from the balcony of the Himalayas are fantastic ,especially in the end/corner room. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Situated in the town so easy to get around and had everything that we needed.
The staff didn't speak amazing English, which is not a complaint but just meant we didn't get as much local advice as would have been ideal. There were quite a few things unavailable on the menu. It was also pretty chilly at night in the rooms, but that's the local climate!

Great location, very very clean rooms and linen. Homely. Sandeep and Pawan were always ready to help. Food prepared as per our choice. From balcony even from bed you can have a fantastic view of mountains and Panchchulli peaks. It’s not a big hotel, in total it has around 10 rooms, so you can get personal attention.
The warm welcome & the easy check in were the highlight. The owner Sandeep & his deputy Pawan did their best to make us comfortable. The view from the 1st floor rooms of the hotel was mesmerizing with the snow clad mountains visible. It's a new hotel on the main road and probably the first one when you enter Munsiyari from Pithoragarh/Madkot side. The owner Sandeep is working very hard to make this venture successful and happy to see that he is interacting personally with his guests. Keep it up.
