Pros:

Fremragende morgenmad.
Perfekt beliggenhed i udkanten af den gamle by i gåafstand til alt.

Cons:

Eneste anke var at vinduet i værelset lå lige ud til nabohusets mur få meter væk, så ingen udsigt og ret mørkt værelse.

We would actually go back to this city for a retreat at this hotel. We loved it.
Pros:

The photos on the website were accurate. And our bed was enormous. The entire hotel was very tastefully done. The staff was one of the biggest plus factors, as they were always available and ready to help.

Cons:

The location is right in front of the famous mercado in the old town. and there are taxis on the corner, and the tram right outside. Our difficulty was getting ubers and not knowing where to wait or be let off, because the hotel doesn't have frontside access to the road.

La cama extra grande.
Las personas al servicio.

Cons:

El no disponer de parking. El más próximo a 12-15 minutos te obliga a una indeseada excursión con maletas.
Una falta importante para el precio q se paga.

Mooie lokatie en goed ontbijt
Pros:

Het ontbijt was ronduit fantastisch. Beste wat ik in een week Spanje tegen gekomen ben. Heel compleet.
Heel aardig personeel ook, behulpzaam. Lokatie hotel is middenin Casco Viejo, 4 min lopen van Plaza Nueva.

Cons:

Kamer was erg klein, geen ruimte om koffer open te leggen en de kast is ook het koffiehoekje, dus als je water kookt voor thee moet je oppassen voor je kleding, hangt er tegenaan. In het bed zou ik niet graag met 2 personen liggen, kamer was echt heel klein. Ik was alleen dus voldeed.

Très bonne expérience !
Pros:

Je fais rarement des commentaires sur mes séjours mais je tiens à remercier les équipes de l’hôtel qui ont été très réactives à ma demande de changement de chambre et à leur gentillesse. En effet j étais venu pour participer à une course de running et j’avais besoin d une chambre très calme pour bien dormir. La jeune fille de l accueil
Du soir a fait tout son possible pour me trouver une solution et toute s’est bien passé. Gentillesse, compréhension et professionnalisme. Je recommande ! Sans compter la qualité générale et l’ensemble de la prestation qui vaut le prix. Merci beaucoup à toute l’équipe et au plaisir de revenir !

Great location, great staff, great facilities
Pros:

Very nice boutique hotel, a couple of minutes away from the Market, next to tourist city tour bus stop, tram.
The staff was really nice and attentive. The hotel is very clean and offer a good breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing. We were there for a couple of days so perfectly suited our needs for this trip

Worth visiting Bilbao just to stay here!
Pros:

One of the best hotel experiences: location was great, rooms very clean and fuctional, excellent amenities. What made the difference? Amazing breakdast and staff that makes you feel like you are visiting your mother after you've been away for a long time.

Pros:

Alles. Super vriendelijk personeel, zowel bij inchecken als bij ontbijt, als het uitchecken. Ook de kamers, de bedden, de douche, de locatie, de netheid, bereikbaarheid, omgeving, … Waanzinnig goed.

Pros:

Nice boutique property. Comfy beds and nice shower. Location was good.

Cons:

No parking or lot near by- had to shuttle our luggage almost 1/2 mile in the heat. Smaller sized rooms.

Skønt, lille hotel!
Pros:

Superhyggeligt, supernyt, superlækkert - meget smagfuldt indrettet. Kun ca 20 værelser. Top-toplækker morgenmad. Outstanding service. Vi følte os SÅ velkomne!

Cons:

Vores værelse (42) vendte ud mod en væg. Altså en væg! Ganske vist camoufleret med et billede af en have 🙈😆 - og der var en lille altan. Men jeg skulle lige bekæmpe min klaustrofobi og ændre min indre fortælling til, at det var ‘huleagtigt’ og hyggeligt 😆. For der var en fordel: der var så musestille, at man kunne sove med åben altandør - det var skønt!
