Wonderful! I really recomend it.
Pros:

Very cosy and nice. Super atmosphere. Very personalised services. Kindness and willingness to make our stay nice. The breakfast is absolutely nice.
The room is very nice as well.

Love this Boutique Hotel in Bilbao
Pros:

The small boutique hotel was very clean and well-kept. The location was fantastic—right by La Ribera market and just a 30-minute walk to the Guggenheim Museum. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bilbao!

Queremos expresar nuestro agradecimiento a todo el personal del Goien Boutique Hotel!

Das kleine Hotel ist wirklich ein Juwel am Rande des casco viejo. Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Zunächst ein herzlicher Empfang mit viel Infos zur Stadt und Umgebung und am nächsten Morgen ein wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet. Es gab von allem etwas und man fragte im Voraus auch an, ob wir besondere Wünsche hätten. Wir essen nur Vegetarisches und waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Auswahl. Vor allem, dass alles frisch zubereitet wurde (verschiedene Eierspeisen zum Beispiel, frischer Orangensaft) und nichts verpackt war. Da es ein kleines Hotel ist gab es zwei „Frühstücksschichten“ zur Auswahl. Bei uns gab es nie Probleme wegen Platzmangels.

Alle Angestellten waren sehr höflich und äußerst nett. Eine wahre Freude. Die Fotos der Zimmer und des Hotels entsprechen zu 100% der Realität.
Auch die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar. Man bekommt nichts vom Lärm der angrenzenden Altstadt mit, allerdings blieben unsere Fenster wegen der Jahreszeit meist geschlossen. Wir haben fast alles an Sehenswürdigkeiten - innerhalb Bilbaos - zu Fuß erreicht und wenn wir mal keine Lust hatten, nahmen wir den Euskotren Haltestelle Ribera (fast vor der Tür).

Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Incredible location, excellent breakast and very kind staff!

Loved the location, the staff were incredible and the breakfast was fantastic! Had a lot of options to choose from and fresh squeezed juices!

The balcony had a decorated shade that I could not raise up.

Comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Very close to Ribera Market and the River.
Pros:

Good location in the old town. Well equipped rooms. If you like natural light in the room ask for a room overlooking the street. The rooms at the back overlook an internal courtyard and are darker.

Cons:

I did not like my allocated room because it had no natural light but the staff were very helpful and moved me to a room on the opposite side of the hotel.
