Vrhunsko
Pros:

Vrhunska nastanitev in lokacija, le nekaj korakov od obzidja in trdnjave. Sobica je bila majhna a z vsem kar pootrebuješ. Zelo lično opremljena. Vrt nastanitve z bazenom je čudovit, pravo majhno zavetje pred soncem in vrvežem, polno zelenja, palm in nasadov rož. Hotel nudi tudi polno opremljeno souporabo kuhinje. Preseglo vsa pričakovanja in je bil eden boljših nastanitev na najini poti. Ob prihodu naju je postregla prijazna gospodična, nama ponudila vodo, kavico in datlje. Res priporočam, počutje je bilo zelo domačno.

Cons:

Voda v bazenu ni bila popolnoma čista, tako da nisem tvegala, čeprav so se nekateri gostje normalno kopali.

Keine Luxusherberge, sollte angesichts des Preises aber klar sein. Dennoch: übernachtete dort gut und gerne, würde es auch ein weiteres Mal machen, kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und großes Lob an die Dame, die sich um die Gäste kümmert - sie macht einen klasse Job!

A most enjoyable and authentic place to stay.
Pros:

Fabulous location, Zeta is an amazing cook and made delicious breakfast, Mohammed the owner took us on a wonderful trip up Jabal Ahkbar and showed us the mountain terraced gardens.

Great tranquille stay in Nizwa with amazing host
Pros:

It is a beautiful serene place with lush trees and palms just outside the old city. The host Zita is amazing: friendly and jolly. She was a star.

Cons:

It could have some refurbishments.

Host molto carina e disponibile. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza poiché piccola e poco pulita e siamo stati subito accontentati con un piccolo sovrapprezzo. Posizione della struttura ottima

Pros:

La réceptionniste était tres gentille
La localisation est super

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de parking, c´est un espace public a coté
La chambre était beaucoup trop petite avec une salle de bain minuscule
Heureusement que la réceptionniste nous a montré la salle de bain commune sinon je sais pas comment on aurait pu faire
Il manque des prises pour recharger ses appareils

Pros:

Mooi centraal gelegen Riad met heel vriendelijk personeel! Iedere ochtend had de hostess, Zita een heerlijk ontbijt klaar gemaakt en de ambiance is er erg ontspannen. Ik kom zeker terug!

Pros:

The building is beautiful and the position is great, walking distance from all main sites and great base for daily trips to Jebel Akhdar and Shams.
Zita was a great host, always checked in, made sure we had everything we needed. She also gave us great recommendations, including visiting the Oman Across Ages Museum which turned out to be a must visit in Oman.

Avant tout l accueil de Zita 👍 jeune femme adorable souriante très serviable pleine d'humour 😜on a adoré. En plus elle parle français 👌
L'emplacement est top du top juste à qql pas de l entrée dans la cité.
La chambre et sdb petites mais propres et fonctionnelles. Très jolie entrée, jardin , piscine.
Possibilité de vous servir de tout dans la cuisine équipée.
Parking juste a côté de l'établissement 👍

Cons:

Tout était bien mais peut être un peu cher pour la taille de la chambre et sdb.
Nous avons vu des chambres à qql euros(5-10) de plus mais directement dans la cité.... A voir baisser un peu le prix 🤔

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt von Nizwa, zu Fuß ist man in unter 5 Minuten da.
Zimmer ist einfach ausgestattet aber sauber und das Bett ist bequem.

Superfreundliche Gastgeberin

Cons:

Einige Moskitos im Zimmer, es ist aber ein „Insektengrill" vorhanden.

Wir haben den Pool gemieden, der hat leider nicht sehr einladend gewirkt.. Die Gartenanlage hat viel Potential, müsste aber mal aufgeräumt werden.
