Pros:

Right next to access trail for Parque Nacional Chirripó. They allow parking beyond your checkout for you to hike up Chirripó. Very accommodating.

Could have been more comfortable with some minor enhancements.
Pros:

Proximity to the trail head is great. Free parking also. Small shop in the reception for gifts or practical items. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The facilities are very basic. There is a coffee machine in the room and cups but not actual consumables like tea or coffee to be able to make in your room. There is a microwave. The hot water is hot and miss. My mattress had a lot of stains on it which wasn’t ideal and there were some holes in the towels.
